產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

Sphinx 擴(kuò)展您檢測的選擇性 ※ 使用C18和“苯基”雜和鍵合，擴(kuò)展色譜柱的選擇性分離
※ PH穩(wěn)定性好 1—10之間穩(wěn)定使用
※ 多步高密度鍵合技術(shù)，保證樣品出峰尖銳對(duì)稱
※ 低流失，滿足液相質(zhì)譜LC-MS使用要求

為避免常規(guī)高密度鍵合C18色譜柱的疏水性過強(qiáng)對(duì)極性化合物分析能力差的問題，Sphinx選擇性鍵入“苯基”官能團(tuán)，增加了和帶雙鍵樣品間的∏-∏作用，具有特殊的選擇性能，所以sphinx特別適合分析帶“苯環(huán)”和“雙鍵”的樣品。
