PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE 預防性的維護
5.1 This basically consists in a periodic inspection to see the the correct functioning of the actuator
這部分基本上就是做周期性的檢查，看看氣動頭是否運行正常。

當氣動頭齒輪軸的上下密封圈110&111，活塞上的密封圈109以及側蓋上的密封圈118被檢測出油泄露時，氣動頭須更換所有的密封圈，墊圈和滑動導片。
8.DISASSEMBLY OF THE ACTUATOR 氣動頭的拆卸
Once the precautions prior to the disassembly have been taken,follow the next steps:
在知道了拆卸氣動頭的預先防范措施后，開始按照以下步驟操作：
8.1 Disassembly the end caps(4)of the actuator by untightening the external bolts(113).
擰緊側蓋上的螺栓113后，卸下側蓋4.
WARNING！注意：
In SPRING RETURN ACTUATORS there is no danger when doing this operation as the fastening bolts of the caps have the adequate safety length for each sise.
對于單作用氣動頭，以上拆側蓋并無危險，因為側蓋上的螺栓在緊固時已經(jīng)考慮了足夠的時間。
8.2Unfasten the nuts (934)in order to remove the leveling screws(16).
擰緊螺母934后，取下調(diào)節(jié)螺栓16.
8.3 Turn the pinion (3)anticlockwise to disengage the pistons (2) in normally closed actuators and clockwise in normally open ones, Remove the pistons from the cylinder.
將齒輪軸沿著逆時針回轉，直到活塞脫離正常開關的位置后，從缸體中拿出活塞。
8.4 Disassembly the position indicaator (20),the slip washer(471) the soft pinion washer
(5) and the metallic pinion washer(8)from the upper side.
在上面取下位置指示器20，擋圈471，墊圈5以及墊圈8.
8.5 Disassembly the pinion (3) from the lower part of the body (1)of the actutor. To do this operation,disassembly the upper pinion bearing(10) and the s2) through the inside of the body.
在下面取下齒輪軸3，上軸承10以及固定環(huán)12.
8.6 Clean all the parts of the actuator,
清洗所有的氣動頭部件。
8.7 Examine all the parts in order to see if there if there is any wear due to an over-use.
檢查這些部件是否因使用過度而發(fā)生磨損。
WARNING??！警告
Carefully examine the inside of the cylinder.請仔細檢查缸體的內(nèi)腔。
8.8 If everying is in perfect conditions,replace the O-rings,bushing,slide guides and washers that make up our Spare kit before assembling the actuator.
如果拆下的部件都完好，在安裝氣動頭前，請訂購備件包，以便換密封圈，墊圈，軸襯以及滑導片。
8.9 Lubricate the parts of the actuator with Molicote B2-2plus grease ,Apply a thin layer of grease on the O-rings(109.110&111).
用Mlicote B2-2 潤滑氣動頭中的部件，再涂點油脂，密封圈上的油脂涂的薄一點。
9.ASSEMBLY OF THE ACTUATOR 安裝氣動頭
10.After the disassembly,the inspection and the lubrication of the different parts,proceed to the assembly following the sequence below:
在拆卸，檢查及潤滑工作完畢后，按照以下步驟進行安裝。
9.1Correctly assembly all the parts included in our spere kit previously lubricated.
正確安裝所以備件包中經(jīng)潤的備件。
9.2 Place the pinion(3) in the body’s(1)actuator from underneath.Once the pinion appears through the inside of the body ,assembly in the pinion the stop (12) in its correct position and the upper pinion bearing(10).
將齒輪軸3從下面裝入殼體中。進入殼體后。將固定環(huán)12和上減磨軸承10安裝在齒輪軸的正確位置。
9.3 Place the soft pinion washer(5),the metallic pinion washer(8),the slip washer(471) and the position indicator(20)in the upper part of the pinion.
然后裝墊圈5和8，再裝擋圈471和位置指示器20.
9.4 Assembly both pistons,checking that they engage at the same time when turning the pinion(3)clockwise for normally closed actuators and anticlockwise for normally open actuators.
安裝活塞時，要按順時針關逆時針開的方向來回轉齒輪軸，以便檢查是否安裝正確。
9.5 Assmbly the end caps(4)of the actuator distributing adequatey the tightening of the bolts(113).
裝上側蓋4，然后分別交叉擰緊側蓋上的螺栓113.
9.6 Check that the position open or colsed coincides with the position indicated in the upper part of the pinion (see drawing).
檢查氣動頭的開啟和關閉是否與位置指示器所顯示的相*（見圖紙）
IMPORTANT??！注意??！
Once the assembly is done, operate the actuator a few times.
在氣動頭安裝完畢后，請運行幾次。
