-雙作用
加壓的氣體通過(guò)講氣路A（標(biāo)號(hào)2，根據(jù)ISO-5559-2，位置1）進(jìn)入，推動(dòng)兩個(gè)相對(duì)的活塞到達(dá)氣缸左右兩端，利用齒輪齒條系統(tǒng)使執(zhí)行器軸旋轉(zhuǎn)900，使其開(kāi)啟。
加壓的氣體通過(guò)氣路B（標(biāo)號(hào)4，根據(jù)ISO-5559-2，位置2）進(jìn)入，推動(dòng)活塞進(jìn)行反向運(yùn)動(dòng)，回到其初始狀態(tài)（關(guān)閉）。
-Spring return:
These models contain compressed springs,situated between the capes and the pistons,The pressure made by these springs keep the pistons in POSITION2(CLOSED).Introduction of air to channel “A”（NO.2，according to ISO-559-2）
Displaces the two pistons to the ends,pressing the springs even further to POSITION 1.When the air pressure ceases,spring push the pistons to their initial position (CLOSED)Depending on the position which the actuator is mounted onto the valve,we will obtain that it works NORMALLY OPEN(N.A)or NORMALLY CLOSED(N,C.).
-單作用（彈簧復(fù)位）
這一系列執(zhí)行器內(nèi)置彈簧，至于端蓋和活塞之間，彈簧的彈力使活塞處于位置2（關(guān)閉）轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)。加壓的氣體通過(guò)氣路A(標(biāo)號(hào)2，根據(jù)ISO-5559-2，WEIZHI 1)進(jìn)入，推動(dòng)兩個(gè)相對(duì)的活塞到達(dá)氣缸作用兩端，從而推動(dòng)彈簧到達(dá)位置1（開(kāi)啟）。在失氣的情況下，彈簧的彈力推動(dòng)活塞回到初始狀態(tài)（關(guān)閉）。根據(jù)執(zhí)行器安裝在閥門的位置的不同，可以達(dá)到常開(kāi)（N.A）或常閉（N.C）的工作狀態(tài)。

1.7-Identification

2-COMMISSIONING 試運(yùn)行
2.1-Transport and installation,運(yùn)輸和安裝
-At the of transportaion and handling pay attention and care as any damage in the external coating in models P,PH and PG could reduce the resistance of the pneumatic actuator against the extermal agents.
當(dāng)運(yùn)輸和搬運(yùn)的過(guò)程中，請(qǐng)小心，并注意不要損壞了P,PH和PG系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行器的外涂層，若損壞了將會(huì)對(duì)執(zhí)行器的耐腐性產(chǎn)生影響。
-Do not remove the obstructers which protect he threads of connection until th moment of operation.
在通氣前，請(qǐng)勿拆掉氣孔中的白色擋塞，這是為了保護(hù)通氣口的螺紋。
-Be sure that the air supply is sufficiently clean and free of solid particles in suspension which in the long run could damage the internal parts of the device.
保證氣源的足夠干凈，避免有固體懸浮顆粒，以免通過(guò)氣管進(jìn)入氣缸內(nèi)部，損壞氣缸內(nèi)部元件。
-Check“on site that the air supply pressure is the necessary (normally 6 bar).
保證足夠的氣源壓力（通常6bar）.
-Even though it is not strictly necessary, a slight lubrication of the air fed prolongs the life of the pneumatic actuators.
輕微的潤(rùn)滑可以延長(zhǎng)執(zhí)行器的使用壽命（雖然不是必須要求）。
2.2-Mounting noto the valve 安裝在閥門上
Make sure that the working position of the actuator regarding the valve is the correct one (N.A.or.N.C.)(See 1.6)
保證閥門和執(zhí)行器的工作狀態(tài)正確（常開(kāi)或常閉）（見(jiàn)1.6）
-PRISMA pneumatic actuator can be mounted indistinctly parallel or perpendicular position to the pipe on any N.C.as well as N.A.operation. Make sure that the position is the desired one.
PRISMA執(zhí)行器可以平行或垂直安裝在管道上。根據(jù)您自己的要求來(lái)確定安裝位置。
-In case of Spring Return actuators, do not remove the FITTING-FILTER fixed in the upper air feeding connection expect if a Namur solenoid valve should be installed as it avoids the entry of external elements(dust,water,etc)in the spring chamber.
若選用單作用執(zhí)行器，不要取下其中一個(gè)氣孔中的擋塞，除非是需要安裝電磁閥。這樣是為了防止外部的灰塵或是水分進(jìn)入氣缸內(nèi)部。
2.3-Feeding 氣源
-PRISMA peneumatic actuators can normally operate between 3 and bar according to models.Their standard operation is at 6 bar,for pressure lower that 6 bar,p;ease consult.
PRISMA 氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器的氣源壓力范圍是3到8bar.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣源壓力是6bar，若氣源壓力低于6bar，請(qǐng)另詢。
3MALNTENANCE 維護(hù)
3.1-Preventive maintenance 預(yù)先維護(hù)
To assure the right operation of the equipment ACTUATOR-VALVE,we recommend:

3.1.1-EVERY YEAR 每年
-Check that the air feeding is clean and at he necessary pressure :
確保氣源干凈和充足；
-Ddpending on the nature of fluid flowing through the valve and with the appropriate fequency,it will be necessary to clean the interior of the valves of eventual incrutations which would increase the resistant torque.
根據(jù)閥門介質(zhì)的特性，要保持閥門過(guò)濾部分的干凈，以免增大閥門扭矩。
3.1.2-EVERY TWO YEAR 每?jī)赡?/span>
-Depending on the number of cycles perfomed by the equipment,it will be convenient to replace all the o*rings in order to avoid any loss of torque of the pneumatic actuator.
In internal tests carried out on our test bench,the correct operation of the device is maintained fater more than1.000.000 complete,cycles(open-close)under the following conditions.
根據(jù)設(shè)備運(yùn)行的周期次數(shù)，我們*定期更換所有的執(zhí)行器密封圈，以免減少執(zhí)行器扭矩。根據(jù)我們的內(nèi)部測(cè)試，設(shè)備在以下情況中正常運(yùn)行100萬(wàn)次周期（開(kāi)到關(guān)為一個(gè)周期）后應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行維護(hù)。
-Frequency Mod,PAW to WA20,500cycles/H

Mod,PA25 to P30,PG30,PL30,120cycles/G.

Supply Clean air at 6bar.

3.2-Disassembly and Assembly 拆卸與安裝
NEVER manipulate the pneumatic actuator under air pressure or connected to any accessory.When disassembling any part of a PRISMA pneumatic actuator,it is advisable to change all the o-rings and to grease all the internals. MECANICA PRISMA uses Brugarolas Beslux+PTFEgrease,silicone free.
