對照品系指用于鑒別、檢查、含量測定的標準物質(zhì)，包括雜質(zhì)對照品，不包括色譜用的內(nèi)標物質(zhì)。在檢驗工作中我們常會用到一種用來檢查質(zhì)量的特殊參照物——標準物質(zhì)（對照品）。它在檢驗中具有十分重要的地位。隨著儀器分析的廣泛使用，必將越來越多地使用標準物質(zhì)。就來介紹一下如何對對照品進行保存和使用：
1）使用中檢所對照品時，應(yīng)嚴格按說明書執(zhí)行。一般情況下，供鑒別、檢查用的對照品不能用于含量測定。紅外鑒別用的對照品使用時應(yīng)注意與樣品在晶型上的差異，必要時可采用相同的方法對樣品和對照品重結(jié)晶。例如*鈉具有多種不同的晶型，可用丙酮對樣品和對照品重結(jié)晶后測定，以確保二者晶型和紅外光譜圖的*。
2）除另有規(guī)定外，對照品使用時應(yīng)采用適宜的方法測定其水分的含量，按干燥品（或無水物）進行計算后使用，否則會造成含量測定結(jié)果偏高。對熱穩(wěn)定的對照品可直接干燥后使用；對熱不穩(wěn)定的對照品可同時另取一份作干燥失重，扣除水分后使用。此外，對照品若含有結(jié)晶水或鹽基，使用時應(yīng)注意其換算。
3）由中國生物制品檢定所提供的對照品或?qū)φ掌窞榉ǘ▽φ掌罚苑ǘ▽φ掌纷鲗φ諛嘶脑峡煞Q為二級對照品或工作對照品。生產(chǎn)單位為節(jié)約成本，可使用工作對照品進行日常檢驗，但檢驗所必須使用法定的對照品，出具的檢驗報告書才具有法律效力。
