性能：
本試劑盒檢測范圍為0~1000pg，zui小檢出量為14pg/ml。
與GDNF、GM-CSF、TNF-α、IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-4 、PDGF-BB、IL-10、人VEGF、小鼠VEGF等沒有交叉反應
板內(nèi)，板間變異系數(shù)均<10%.
【血清】用血清分離管的全血標本在室溫下2小時或過夜。4℃前20分鐘，在大約2000×g下離心。刪除上清即可檢測，或分裝保存樣本-20℃。避免反復凍融循環(huán)
【等離子】采集標本用EDTA或肝素作為抗凝血劑。離心樣品30分鐘，在2000×g在2-8℃在30分鐘內(nèi)收集。保存樣本-20℃。但應避免反復凍融循環(huán)。
【細胞培養(yǎng)上清液，組織勻漿及其它相關(guān)生物液體】顆粒物離心分離和檢測馬上刪除或分裝和保存樣本-20℃。但應避免反復凍融循環(huán)。
【樣品制備】通常情況下，血清，血漿和其他生物體液樣本不需要稀釋。如果樣品產(chǎn)生值高于zui高水準的，請用樣品稀釋液稀釋的樣品重復檢測。
注釋：樣品必須被存儲在-20或 -80℃為了避免損失的生物活性和污染。避免凍融循環(huán)。進行測定時，慢慢地將樣品至室溫。
