AEX48型核酸純化工作站，是集移液、震蕩、加熱、磁珠轉(zhuǎn)移、安全防護等多項功能于一體的高通量多功能工作站。儀器由操作系統(tǒng)控制機械臂完成移液過程，磁珠法技術(shù)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的手工純化過程，高效完成樣本添加、核酸純化、PCR體系構(gòu)建，將您從繁重的實驗室手工操作中*解放出來。

工作流程
簡單三步設(shè)置：
啟動工作站，編輯或選擇預(yù)設(shè)程序
將樣本及試劑放入儀器，運行程序，自動化處理樣本
將含有純化產(chǎn)物的EP管或配置好的PCR管從儀器中取出，進行下游應(yīng)用

Product introduction:
AEX48is a multiple-functional work station to purify nucleic acid, consisting ofdiversified functions like liquid relief, vibration, heating, transfer ofmagnetic bead, safety protection and so on. Since the operation system controlsthe mechanical arm to finish the liquid relief, paramagneticparticle method replaces the traditional purification, the sampleprocessing, nucleic acid purification and PCR system establishment can befulfilled high efficiently. Therefore, you can be freed from manual operations required in a lab.

Start the work station,edit or select the preprogram;
Put the samples andreagent into it. Then the samples will be processed automatically.
Take out the EP tube(with purified product) or well-prepared PCR tube, deliver them to thedownstream;
