瀝青路面滲水儀簡介:

路面水分滲透儀使用方法:
★選點(diǎn):在路面上選好點(diǎn),用掃帚和鋼絲刷將測點(diǎn)上火土雜物清除干凈。
★按底座大小在底座上抹一點(diǎn)膩?zhàn)樱瑢x器底座按上并擰緊,抹實(shí)膩?zhàn)樱皇孤┧?/p>
★將鏟有少量紅墨水的水灌入儀器中,直至小量筒上端溢水孔為(至600mm高度為止),從開始讀數(shù)加水到開始讀數(shù)應(yīng)在3秒鐘內(nèi)完成。
★水達(dá)到預(yù)定水位后(600mm)即開動秒表,每30秒鐘記一次水位高度,直到3分鐘為止。
Road moisture infiltration instrument use method:

★ Apply a little putty on the base according to the size of the base, press the base of the instrument and tighten it, and smear the putty to prevent water leakage.
★Pour water with a small amount of red ink into the instrument until the overflow hole at the top of the small cylinder is (up to 600mm height). The reading should be completed within 3 seconds from the start of reading water.
★After the water reaches the predetermined water level (600mm), the stopwatch is activated, and the water level is recorded every 30 seconds until 3 minutes.
路面水分滲透儀操作規(guī)程:
★將放置于堅(jiān)實(shí)平面上的試件或待測試的路面清掃干凈。
★放上標(biāo)記環(huán),用粉筆沿內(nèi)環(huán)和外環(huán)分別畫出標(biāo)記,取下標(biāo)記 環(huán)則試件表面或路面上也就留下了一個(gè)內(nèi)環(huán)Φ150mm 外環(huán)為Φ 220mm 的兩個(gè)同心圓。
★將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)環(huán)放在同心圓內(nèi),并使內(nèi)環(huán)標(biāo)記與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)環(huán)底面相吻合
★檢查同心圓是否有構(gòu)造深度較大的部位,如有必須先用密封 劑對這些部位的紋理深度進(jìn)行填充, 以防止?jié)B水試驗(yàn)時(shí)水通過這些表 面紋理滲出,從而影響到試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
★在內(nèi)外標(biāo)記環(huán)之間抹一薄層密封材料,并用刮刀修補(bǔ)成內(nèi)徑 Φ150mm 外徑為Φ220mm 厚約 3mm 的密封材料環(huán), 修補(bǔ)時(shí)應(yīng)壓住面 積標(biāo)準(zhǔn)環(huán)使之不能移位。
★將滲水儀用力壓在密封材料上,使?jié)B水儀底座與密封材料環(huán) 吻合,加上 2 塊配重塊,以防壓力水從底座與路面之間流出。
★關(guān)閉儀器閥門,向儀器閥注水,注滿至上標(biāo)線 O 的位置。
★迅速將開關(guān)全部擰開,待水面下降 100mL 時(shí)開動墨水, 使水變成淡紅 秒表,每隔 60S,讀記量筒上水位刻度一次,至水面下降 500mL 時(shí) 為止。
★按以上步驟在同一個(gè)檢測路段選擇 5 個(gè)測點(diǎn)測定滲水系 數(shù)。取其平均值為測試結(jié)果。
Pavement moisture permeation instrument operating procedures:
★ Clean the test piece placed on a solid surface or the road surface to be tested.
★ Put the marking ring, draw the mark along the inner ring and the outer ring with chalk, and remove the marking ring. Then the inner surface of the test piece or the road surface will have two concentric circles with an inner ring of Φ150mm and an outer ring of Φ 220mm.
★ Place the standard ring in the concentric circle and match the inner ring mark to the bottom of the standard ring
★ Check whether the concentric circles have a large depth of construction. If it is necessary to first fill the texture depth of these parts with a sealant to prevent water from seeping through these surface textures during the water penetration test, thus affecting the test results.
★ Apply a thin layer of sealing material between the inner and outer marking rings, and repair it with a scraper into a ring of sealing material with an inner diameter of Φ150mm and an outer diameter of Φ220mm and a thickness of about 3mm. When repairing, the standard ring should be pressed so that it cannot be displaced.
★ Press the water osmometer on the sealing material to make the base of the water osmosis meter match the sealing material ring, and add 2 weights to prevent pressure water from flowing out between the base and the road surface.
★ Close the instrument valve, fill the instrument valve with water, and fill it to the position of the upper marking line O.
★ Quickly unscrew the switch. When the water level drops by 100mL, start the ink and make the water turn into a reddish stopwatch. Every 60S, read the water level on the measuring cylinder once, until the water level drops by 500mL.
★ According to the above steps, select 5 measuring points on the same detection section to determine the water permeability coefficient. Take the average value as the test result.
瀝青路面滲水儀結(jié)構(gòu):
★量筒:有機(jī)玻璃制成,裝于儀器的上部,容積約為600ml,上面標(biāo)有刻度,在100ml~500ml標(biāo)線,分辨率約為3ml。
