 麗春紅(Ponceau S)染色液可以用于PVDF膜、硝酸纖維素膜(nitrocellulose membrane)和醋酸纖維素膜(cellulose acetate membrane)上的蛋白的檢測。麗春紅帶負(fù)電荷，可以與帶正電荷的氨基酸殘基結(jié)合，同時(shí)麗春紅也可以與蛋白的非極性區(qū)相結(jié)合，從而形成紅色的條帶。
產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢

 麗春紅對蛋白的染色是可逆的，染色后可以用蒸餾水，PBS或其它適當(dāng)溶液洗去。
