活性氧(Reactive oxygen species, ROS) 包括超氧自由基、過氧化氫、及其下游產(chǎn)物過氧化物和羥化物(O2•−,H2O2, •OH, ONOO−, •NO)等，參與細(xì)胞生長增殖、發(fā)育分化、衰老和凋亡以及許多生理和病理過程。采用2,7-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFH-DA)是迄今Z常用、Z靈敏的細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性氧檢探針。DCFH-DA 沒有熒光，進(jìn)入細(xì)胞后被酯酶水解為dichlorofluorescin (DCFH)。在活性氧存在時(shí)DCFH 被氧化為不能透過細(xì)胞膜的強(qiáng)綠色熒光物質(zhì)dichlorofluorescein (DCF)，其熒光在激發(fā)波長502 nm，發(fā)射波長530 nm 附近有Z大波峰，強(qiáng)度與細(xì)胞內(nèi)活性氧水平成正比。此活性氧檢測系統(tǒng)本底低，靈敏度高，重復(fù)性好，操作簡便。
本試劑盒適于熒光顯微鏡、激光共聚焦顯微鏡等圖像檢測，熒光分光光度計(jì)、熒光酶標(biāo)儀、流式細(xì)胞儀定量ROS 檢測。

 大部分的試劑產(chǎn)品是比較穩(wěn)定的，只要您嚴(yán)格按照產(chǎn)品包裝或者說明書上的儲存條件進(jìn)行儲存，*可以保證其在有效期內(nèi)的正常使用。一般常見儲存條件有零下XX攝氏度，2-8攝氏度，常溫等。特別提醒，對于某些酶類制品，如果儲存條件是2-8攝氏度，不要儲存在零下，否則容易失活，對于某些需要嚴(yán)格避光，防潮，充氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)的，接觸空氣或者過分暴露非常容易氧化或者受潮變質(zhì)。
低溫儲存產(chǎn)品，運(yùn)輸途中冷藏問題：
 對于需要低溫儲存的產(chǎn)品，我們在運(yùn)輸時(shí)候都會采用冷藏包裝，但是部分由于外界氣溫過高，運(yùn)輸時(shí)間較長，對于普通冷藏包裝，途中可能會溫度升高，這些都是沒有問題的，因?yàn)檫@種普通冷藏只適用于那些短期內(nèi)（2周）高溫依然穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品，建議低溫的儲存條件，只是長期儲存時(shí)候的條件，您可以放心使用。對于某些特殊的產(chǎn)品，如抗體，我們會采用干冰冷藏包裝，確保全程低溫。公司都對產(chǎn)品性狀進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的加速穩(wěn)定測試，行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。
