Hoechst 33342，也稱bisBenzimide H 33342或HOE 33342，是一種可以穿透細(xì)胞膜的藍(lán)色熒光染料，對細(xì)胞的毒性較低。Hoechst 33342染色常用于細(xì)胞凋亡檢測，染色后用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細(xì)胞儀檢測。Hoechst 33342也常用于普通的細(xì)胞核染色，或常規(guī)的DNA染色。Hoechst 33342的Z大激發(fā)波長為346nm，Z大發(fā)射波長為460nm；Hoechst 33342和雙鏈DNA結(jié)合后，Z大激發(fā)波長為350nm，Z大發(fā)射波長為461nm。

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
