一諾試驗(yàn)機(jī)以及研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)了一種手動(dòng)換擋機(jī)構(gòu)耐久試驗(yàn)裝置，包括控制柜、固定支架和氣源以及控制器，所述控制柜上設(shè)有氣動(dòng)滑臺(tái)，在氣動(dòng)滑臺(tái)的滑塊上設(shè)有三位氣缸，所述三位氣缸的活塞桿端部與設(shè)在固定支架上換擋機(jī)構(gòu)的換擋桿頂部之間相連，所述控制器設(shè)在控制柜內(nèi)并控制氣源、氣動(dòng)滑臺(tái)以及三位氣缸工作。通過該裝置的三位氣缸和氣動(dòng)滑臺(tái)相配合，可進(jìn)行所有檔位的耐久試驗(yàn)，變速箱為負(fù)載，能準(zhǔn)確模擬選換擋機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)際受力大小，保證試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。

     The utility model discloses a durability test device for a manual shift mechanism by YiNuo Testting factory, which comprises a control box, a fixing support, an air source and a controller. A pneumatic slipway is arranged on the control box; a three-position cylinder is arranged on a sliding block of the pneumatic slipway; the end part of a piston rod of the three-position cylinder is connected with the top part of a shift rod of a shift mechanism on the fixing support; and the controller is arranged inside the control box and controls operation of the air source, the pneumatic slipway and the three-position cylinder. Through match between the three-position cylinder and the pneumatic slipway, durability test on all gears can be carried out, a gearbox is a load, the actual force-bearing magnitude of the shift mechanism can be accurately simulated, and accuracy of the test result can be ensured.
