Operation
?Open the electrode （then turn-on the power supply）.
?Insert the electrode in the measured object. Read display value. It is display ‘E00’when the temperature of measured object more or less than measured range.
?It is turn off automatically without working in 45 min
Functions of buttons
●[ ON/OFF ] button：ON/OFF
?[ HOLD ] button：keep the display value, easy read
?[ ℃/℉ ] button：switch between ℃/℉ display mode
?[max/min] button：memory button to see the maximum temperature reading.

?Installing And Replacing The Battery
?The thermometer users one battery （AG13）
?Follow these steps to install or replace the battery:
?Open the battery cover, behind the stand.
?Insert the battery as indicated by the polarity symobols marked Inside the battery compartment.
?Replace the battery cover.
