電磁流量計(jì)的精度驗(yàn)證對(duì)于電磁流量計(jì)的管理，保證其精確度和可靠性，積累原始的比對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)，做日后的驗(yàn)證和核對(duì)也是非常有用的。電磁流量計(jì)的精度驗(yàn)證可利用清水池容積和電磁流量計(jì)校驗(yàn)設(shè)備。
對(duì)電磁流量計(jì)精度進(jìn)行全面驗(yàn)證，以確定電磁流量計(jì)在水廠應(yīng)用過(guò)程中的精度，確保計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可信或是否更換電磁流量計(jì)。
1.采用目測(cè)法和儀表法，用GS8檢查傳感器的勵(lì)磁線圈阻值、信號(hào)線之間的絕緣電阻、接地電阻等項(xiàng)目是否符合出廠前的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，電磁流量計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)換器零點(diǎn)、輸出電流等是否滿足精度要求。具體檢測(cè)方法為：
(1)測(cè)量勵(lì)磁線圈阻值判斷勵(lì)磁線圈是否有匝間短路現(xiàn)象(測(cè)線號(hào)“7”與“8”之間的電阻值)，電阻值應(yīng)在30歐~170歐之間。若電阻與出廠記錄相同，則認(rèn)為線圈良好，進(jìn)而間接評(píng)估電磁流量計(jì)傳感器的磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度未發(fā)生變化。
(2)測(cè)量勵(lì)磁線圈對(duì)地(測(cè)線號(hào)“1”和“7”或“8”)絕緣電阻來(lái)判斷傳感器是否受潮，電阻值應(yīng)大于20兆歐。
