• 概 述 Almost

ZW32-12F 型戶外交流高壓真空分界斷路器（以下簡(jiǎn)稱ZW32-12G/1250-20）是我公司自主研發(fā)的一 款新型產(chǎn)品，分界斷路器是集真空斷路器、分界斷路器、分段器四大開(kāi)關(guān)于 一體的多功能智能化裝置產(chǎn)品，主要配置由真空分界斷路器本體、看門狗控制器、外置電壓互感器 （注：配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化環(huán)網(wǎng)線路中可選雙側(cè)PT）三大部分組成，產(chǎn)品廣泛用于10kV 城市、農(nóng)村配電網(wǎng)架空環(huán)網(wǎng)線路中作分段隔離開(kāi)關(guān) 聯(lián)絡(luò)開(kāi)關(guān)、可實(shí)行環(huán)網(wǎng)線路負(fù)荷調(diào)配的 自動(dòng)化開(kāi)關(guān)裝置，在大用戶供電的分支線路中可作為分界開(kāi)關(guān)（俗稱看門狗），饋線架空配電 網(wǎng)絡(luò)作分界斷路器分段器之用，真空分界斷路器具有遠(yuǎn)程管理模式，保護(hù)控制功能及通訊 功能。能可靠判斷、檢測(cè)界內(nèi)毫安級(jí)零序電流及相間短路故障電流，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)切除單相接地 故障和相間短路故障。

本安裝使用說(shuō)明書規(guī)定了分界斷路器的引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、使用環(huán)境條件、型號(hào)和額定參數(shù)、結(jié) 構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工作原理、訂貨須知、以及操作、安裝、使用、維護(hù)的方法等內(nèi)容。

• 的功能 Function of dividing circuit breaker

自動(dòng)切除單相接地故障，當(dāng)用戶支線發(fā)生單相接地故障時(shí)，分界斷路器自動(dòng)分閘，變電站及饋線上的其它分支用戶感受不到故障的發(fā)生。自動(dòng)隔離相間短路故障，當(dāng)用戶支線發(fā)生相間短路故障時(shí)，分界斷路器先于變電站出線保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)跳閘，自動(dòng)隔離故障線路，不會(huì)波及饋線上的其它分支用戶停電。 快速定位故障點(diǎn)，當(dāng)用戶支線故障造成分界斷路器保護(hù)動(dòng)作后，僅責(zé)任用戶停電，由其主動(dòng)報(bào)送故障信息，電力公司可迅速派員到場(chǎng)排查；分界斷路器如配有通信模塊，則 動(dòng)將信息報(bào)送到電力管理中心。監(jiān)控用戶負(fù)荷，當(dāng)分界斷路器可配置有線或無(wú)線通信附件，將監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)傳送到電力管理中心，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)用戶負(fù)荷的遠(yuǎn)方實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控。遠(yuǎn)方操作功能，用戶可以通過(guò)手機(jī)短信或計(jì)算機(jī)后臺(tái)方式操作真空分界斷路器分閘。

• 產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu) Product structure

分界斷路器在ZW32-12 型真空斷路器基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改進(jìn)（詳見(jiàn)ZW32-12戶外高壓真空斷路器使用說(shuō)明書）和外置電壓互感器及智能控制器組成，通過(guò)全密封防水型航空接插件和戶 外密封電纜進(jìn)行電氣連接。 分界斷路器采用的彈簧操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)（或永磁機(jī)構(gòu)），具備手、電動(dòng)儲(chǔ)能，手、電動(dòng)合閘，手、電動(dòng) 分閘功能。 分界斷路器外置3 只單相CT，變比600/5（或用戶的變比），分界斷路器采用外置式PT，裝于電源側(cè)，變比10000V/220V，控制器和斷路器的操作電源和電壓信號(hào)均由PT提供。

7.1 概述Summary

• “看門狗”控制器中壓架空線電網(wǎng)的監(jiān)控單元，與柱上開(kāi)關(guān)配合實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控及自動(dòng)化管理。監(jiān)控單元接近開(kāi)關(guān)安裝，適用于35kV及以下戶外開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備。

7.3.3 控制器電源及合分閘控制電壓 Controller power supply and control voltage

• 看門狗控制器電源來(lái)自高壓互感器，電源額定電壓為AC220V，50Hz，電源航插連接好后控制器自動(dòng)進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)，控制器內(nèi)置5A保險(xiǎn)絲；
• 柱上開(kāi)關(guān)儲(chǔ)能電機(jī)使用PT電壓供電，經(jīng)控制器后接入柱上開(kāi)關(guān)；
• 控制器內(nèi)部自帶儲(chǔ)能電容器，合分閘能量均來(lái)自該電容器，為了避免線路電壓波動(dòng)對(duì)合分閘操作的影響，合分閘控制回路輸出電壓均為DC220V直流電壓，當(dāng)線路電壓突降時(shí)電容器可提供不少于6s的時(shí)間維持控制器工作及重合閘一次。

注：控制器采用了穩(wěn)壓充電方式，保證儲(chǔ)能電容器電壓在DC220V±3V以內(nèi)，電容器充電時(shí)間≤0.5s。

Note: the controller uses a constant voltage charging mode, ensure the energy storage capacitor voltage within dc220v + 3V, the capacitor charging time is less than or equal to 0.5.

 9、運(yùn)輸、驗(yàn)收及儲(chǔ)存 Transportation, acceptance and storage

 9.1  運(yùn)輸 Transport

     運(yùn)輸時(shí)必須整臺(tái)開(kāi)關(guān)裝入封 的包裝箱內(nèi)加以固定，運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中不得翻轉(zhuǎn)、傾斜，需采取防震措施。

 9.2  驗(yàn)收 Check before acceptance

     用戶收到分界斷路器后應(yīng)進(jìn)行如下工作。

 9.2.2 對(duì)照產(chǎn)品裝箱單檢查 件是否齊全、附件及備件是否齊全。

 9.2.3檢查斷路器銘牌上的技術(shù)參數(shù)、產(chǎn)品合格證是否符合訂貨要求。

 9.3  貯存 Keep in storage

     分界斷路器應(yīng)存放在干燥、通風(fēng)、防潮及防有害氣體侵襲的室內(nèi)，*存放應(yīng)定期檢查環(huán)境是否符合要求。裝箱、開(kāi)箱和保管應(yīng)在干燥的室內(nèi)， 產(chǎn)品及各部件要進(jìn)行核 是否完整和相符。
