CZQ-6000E型微機(jī)控制熒光磁粉探傷機(jī)，是固定式交直流多功能半自動(dòng)濕法熒光磁粉探傷設(shè)備。它根據(jù)磁化原理設(shè)計(jì),按JB/T8290-2011《磁粉探傷機(jī)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求制造。

本機(jī)適用于機(jī)械、汽車、航空、內(nèi)燃機(jī)、鐵道等行業(yè)對(duì)軸類、齒輪類、盤套類等鐵磁性材料制成的零件表面及近表面無損檢驗(yàn)。能發(fā)現(xiàn)零件表面及近表面因鑄造、鍛壓、焊接、拉伸、淬火、研磨、疲勞而產(chǎn)生的裂痕以及夾渣等極細(xì)微的缺陷。

二、設(shè)備的主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)

1、三相全波直流電流：DC 6000A 連續(xù)可調(diào)，電流可預(yù)選，數(shù)字顯示，誤差≤±5%；
