2.1開入的“假信號”可能造成PLC系統(tǒng)的誤動
若強電電纜和PLC的信號電纜不能有效地分隔開,甚至敷設在同一電纜溝內時,高電壓、大電流電路接通和斷開瞬間產生的強電干擾可能會在PLC輸入信號線上產生很強的感應電壓和感應電流,足以超出光電耦合器的抗干擾作用有效范圍,使PLC輸入端的光電耦合器中的發(fā)光二極管發(fā)光,使PLC輸入點有效。這樣的輸入叫“假信號”或“誤輸入”,將導致PLC產生誤動作。
當PLC的開入模塊上接到“誤輸入”時,其控制程序并不能識別,將依據(jù)既定的邏輯關系作出推斷,并發(fā)出動作命令,同時將此“誤輸入”不加識別地傳向后臺計算機。這樣的動作命令屬于“誤動”,可能造成意外停機甚至重大事故。
