在當(dāng)今越來越多的自動化系統(tǒng)中,人們更多地喜愛選用直線光柵。為獲得高產(chǎn)出、高速度、高精度、高重復(fù)性和穩(wěn)定性,機器的設(shè)計者
們需要的運動控制部件。在半導(dǎo)體制造、電子裝配、機器、激光切割、光學(xué)檢測、印刷線路板測頭檢測、印刷、掃描和科學(xué)
儀器中應(yīng)用RG2,這些只是其采用雷尼紹光柵提高機器性能的幾個例子。直線電機直線電機是現(xiàn)代化的運動系統(tǒng)
的重要組成部分。無論是用于電子裝配、檢測機器、掃描或印刷機器,它們都可簡化機器的結(jié)構(gòu),同時提

為簡化機器設(shè)計和節(jié)約成本,一些基于CTP 系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)(鼓式)印刷機的制造商正在重新構(gòu)思他們的機器并向平板印刷方向改進。不
同于旋轉(zhuǎn)型的印刷機,平板印刷機采用高速直線電機驅(qū)動掃描頭。印刷圖象的清晰度是至關(guān)重要的,所

RESR 圓光柵
雷尼紹光柵具有*的靈活性、市場的性能和低購買價格,使其成為機器設(shè)計者的*。多年來,我們一
直幫助用戶安裝靈活的有錐度基面的圓光柵,從而獲得許多關(guān)于圓光柵應(yīng)用的知識。借助于這種經(jīng)驗,我們開發(fā)出了
一種圓光柵產(chǎn)品,其不止是一些特色的羅列,而更是能從根本上詮釋用戶使用意圖的產(chǎn)品。RESR 圓光柵是基于雷尼紹的*
無二的RGR 圓光柵基礎(chǔ)開發(fā)出來的,它是在不銹鋼圓環(huán)的表面使用了雷尼紹靈活的直線光柵。而RESR 圓光柵的刻線
是直接刻在圓環(huán)的外表面上的(柵距20μm 或40μm ),這樣就消除了R G R 潛在的在接合處信號丟失的危險,簡化了
安裝過程并實現(xiàn)較高的速度。柵距20μm 的RESR 圓光柵使用雷尼紹新型的RGH20 讀數(shù)頭,而柵距40μm
的RESR 光柵使用RGH34 或RGH40 讀數(shù)頭。順理成章地,所有讀數(shù)頭都具有雷尼紹的*的光學(xué)濾波系統(tǒng)的設(shè)
計,可在有污物、劃痕或油膩指紋情況下讀數(shù)。RESR 有多種直徑可選,所有內(nèi)徑有共同特色,即比外徑小20mm,使它們
