一、簡介：
農(nóng)藥凍融穩(wěn)定性試驗箱依據(jù)NYT 2989-2016 農(nóng)藥登記產(chǎn)品規(guī)格制定規(guī)范設計制造。用于微囊液體制劑的凍融穩(wěn)定性試驗，壓縮機、加熱部分、電源控制部分均采用進口件，高質(zhì)量、高性能。滿載運轉時凍融箱內(nèi)各點溫度極差不超過1℃。自動控制，數(shù)據(jù)曲線實時動態(tài)顯示、試驗數(shù)據(jù)自動存儲，具有試驗意外終止自動恢復功能。
微囊液體制劑等應進行凍融穩(wěn)定性試驗。試驗目的是確保成囊制劑在溫度變化時囊的完整性，以確保有效成分完整的釋放。結凍和融化穩(wěn)定性試驗條件為在(-10±2)℃和(20±2)℃之間做4個循環(huán)，每個循環(huán)為結凍18h融化6h。微囊液體制劑主要有微囊懸浮劑（CS）、微囊懸浮-水乳劑（ZW）、微囊懸浮-懸浮劑（ZC）、微囊懸浮-懸乳劑（ZE）等劑型。
1.微囊懸浮劑（CS）及微囊懸浮-懸浮劑（ZC）凍融穩(wěn)定性合格要求為：儲后游離有效成分含量、酸堿度或pH范圍、濕篩試驗、懸浮率、自發(fā)分散性、傾倒性等應符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求；
2.微囊懸浮-水乳劑（ZW）及微囊懸浮-懸乳劑（ZE）凍融穩(wěn)定性合格要求為：儲后游離有效成分含量、酸堿度或pH范圍、濕篩試驗、分散穩(wěn)定性、傾倒性等應符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求。
1. Introduction
