常壓人孔是安裝在儲罐頂上的安全應急通氣裝置，通常與機械呼吸閥配套使用，既能避免因意外原因造成罐內(nèi)急劇超壓或真空時，損壞儲罐而發(fā)生事故，又有起到安全阻火作用，是保護儲罐的安全裝置，特別適用于貯存物料以氮氣封頂?shù)墓绊敵汗蕖＞哂卸▔号欧?、定壓吸入、開閉靈活、安全阻火、密封性能好、安全可靠等優(yōu)點。常壓人孔也是最普通的人孔.
常壓人孔
由于人孔安裝在油罐的最下層體圈上，防滲漏就顯得特別重要。要求兩法蘭結(jié)合面必須保證其平直度，無飄扭現(xiàn)象。加強板和法蘭應盡量在整塊鋼板上切割而不拼接。法蘭和蓋板上加工有密封圈，在施工中要特別注意保護。密封用3mm厚石棉橡膠墊片，不允許有折裂。安裝人孔蓋板上緊螺栓時，要成對角均與用力，以防孔蓋變形Since the manhole is installed on the bottom ring of the oil tank, leakage prevention is particularly important.
