ZED23高精度電渦流位移傳感器測量原理:
ZED23是一種非接觸式線性模擬位移測量系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)在傳統(tǒng)的電感橋電路上運行。這種易于使用的多功能系統(tǒng)可用于對導(dǎo)電目標進行精確的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)測量。傳感器線圈構(gòu)成平衡橋網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一個或兩個支路(取決于單線圈或雙線圈傳感器), 當目標在傳感器場內(nèi)改變位置時,橋接網(wǎng)絡(luò)會感應(yīng)傳感器線圈中的阻抗變化。 這些變化被轉(zhuǎn)換成與目標位移成正比的模擬電壓或電流信號。
