1、試驗臺由三部分組成:計算機及數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、各測試單元數(shù)據(jù)收集系統(tǒng)和強電控制機儀表監(jiān)視綜合系統(tǒng)。
2、變壓器綜合試驗臺采用大屏幕背光液晶顯示,操作、顯示清楚直觀,操作方便。
3、能滿足2500KVA以下的電力變壓器的直流電阻測試、變比組別測試、空載損耗測試、負載損耗測試、交流耐壓測試、感應(yīng)耐壓測試等試。
4、電壓、電流數(shù)顯表或指針表直讀,損耗、變比、直阻測試結(jié)果打印輸出。
5、耐壓試驗過電流聲光報警、計時。

1. System function
System adopts PLC to auto control and finish test procedure, along with monitoring of upper machine.
Upper IPC adopts friendly imaging man-machine interface, with which procedure and condition of test can be visually monitored, and control operation be done directly.
Test database is added to upper machine software, enabling the auto save of test data, and generating of real-time test report.
System adopts RS485 communication, stable and reliable, with strong anti-interference ability.
Wide range of application, full function, suitable for test and measurement of various kinds of transformer.
Real time display of test volume, and display of its stable curve.
Test of comprehensive performance of transformer can be finished when wire once.
Real time save and print of test result, and test data for processing and analysis in future.
Test report and data are transmitted to storage medium through floppy drive, USB port and network port.
Multi-data display of real time parameter of transformer test, distribution service data from calculation analysis and data curve of time interval, with supervision center monitoring the state of entire transformer test.
Historical data recording and superior data query: save of overall historical data of transformer test for operator to analyze running and forecast trend, etc.; capable of quick query and retrieval of real time test data of comprehensive performance and historical data.

(1) No-load and load tester
Function: measuring of loss in no-load and load test of transformer (double- table method, three-table method), and of power factor, average value of voltage, and effective value of current and voltage.
To measure and calculate no-load current, and no-load loss after waveform is rectified.
Loaded impedance voltage, impedance voltage and loss when rectified to temperature of 75℃ and 120℃
