鐵芯高壓電抗器主要用于6kV~35kV電力系統(tǒng)與高壓電容器組相串聯(lián),能夠有效的抑制和吸收高次諧波,限制合閘涌流及操作過電壓,保護電容器組,改善系統(tǒng)的電壓波形,提高電網(wǎng)功率因數(shù)。

產品特點
▲ 真空浸漬、環(huán)氧樹脂澆注、恒溫爐中固化;
▲ 鐵芯采用優(yōu)質低損耗冷軋取向硅鋼片,經高速沖床沖剪,具有毛刺小、規(guī)則均勻、疊片整齊優(yōu)美,確保電抗器運行時低溫升低噪聲的性能;
▲ 線圈為環(huán)氧澆注型,線圈內外敷設環(huán)氧玻璃網(wǎng)格布作增強,采用F級環(huán)氧澆注體系在真空狀態(tài)下進行澆注,該線圈不但絕緣性能好,而且機械強度好,能耐受大電流沖擊和冷熱沖擊而不裂開;
▲ 環(huán)氧澆注線圈不吸水、局部放電量低,可在惡劣環(huán)境條件下安全運行;
▲ 線圈上下端部采用環(huán)氧墊塊和硅橡膠防震墊,有效減小了線圈運行時的震動;
