冰箱門鉸鏈疲勞試驗機用途：（針對成品）
本試驗機適用于對柜門進行開閉能力壽命試驗，冰箱門開/關耐久測試設備適用于立式及臥式冰箱。采用氣動式驅動方式，利用氣缸做動力，帶動伸縮連桿作往復直線運動，從而完成對柜門“打開與閉合”的往復動作，操作簡單，控制方便。
This testing machine is suitable for life test of opening and closing capacity of cabinet door, and the opening / closing durability testing equipment of refrigerator door is suitable for vertical and horizontal refrigerators. The pneumatic driving mode is adopted, and the cylinder is used as the power to drive the telescopic connecting rod to make reciprocating linear motion, so as to complete the reciprocating action of "opening and closing" of the cabinet door, with simple operation and convenient control.

三、冰箱門鉸鏈疲勞試驗機技術參數
試驗工位：2工位
試驗類型：立式和臥室都可以；
冰箱門的開啟角度 90°
門開閉周期 標準要求：每分鐘8～15次(冰箱門的一開一閉為一周期)
特殊要求：能夠設置成6～60分鐘開門一次，每次開門的時間為6～12s可調。
要求設置開門次數多次數不少于99萬次；0-999999任意設置；
門體高度 由于各型號的冷柜門的寬度不一致，可左右調節(jié)擺臂來進行測試
測試控制方式：程序控制。到達設定的次數自動停機，具有停電記憶功能。
冰箱尺寸 可根據要求定做。
電源條件 AC220V±10%，50HZTest station: 2 stations
Test type: both vertical and bedroom can be used;
Opening angle of refrigerator door 90 °
Standard requirements for door opening and closing cycle: 8-15 times per minute (one opening and one closing of refrigerator door is one cycle)
Special requirements: it can be set to open the door once every 6-60 minutes, and the time of each opening is adjustable for 6-12s.
It is required to set the maximum number of opening times not less than 990000; 0-999999 can be set arbitrarily;
The height of the door can be tested by adjusting the swing arm to the left and right due to the different width of each type of refrigerator door
Test control mode: program control. Automatically stop the machine when the set number of times is reached, with the function of power failure memory.
The size of refrigerator can be customized.
