Digital accuracy, accurate measurement
Bandwidth up to 200 MHz, the maximum sampling rate of 2 GS/s, far higher than other digital storage oscilloscopes at the same price. Tektronix's proprietary sampling technology enables real-time sampling, with all channels achieving at least 10 times over sampling and always accurately capturing the signal.
