傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)主要由主動(dòng)和從動(dòng)齒輪組成,目前,原動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)形式為轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),如何將原動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為柱塞的直線運(yùn)動(dòng),是氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵.根據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)相關(guān)原理可知,凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)能實(shí)現(xiàn)從轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)到移動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的轉(zhuǎn)換.為此,本文將凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)與齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)相結(jié)合,根據(jù)柱塞泵的特點(diǎn),將泵油系統(tǒng)的柱塞與傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的從動(dòng)齒輪做成一體,并將從動(dòng)齒輪的端面設(shè)計(jì)為波形,從動(dòng)齒輪端面展開圖可知,A、E為行程始點(diǎn),為行程終點(diǎn),C為回程始點(diǎn),D為回程終點(diǎn),當(dāng)從動(dòng)、齒輪轉(zhuǎn)E所對(duì)應(yīng)的中心角時(shí),為一個(gè)吸油、供油循環(huán).當(dāng)從動(dòng)齒輪轉(zhuǎn)到凸起部分與頂銷接觸時(shí),柱塞下行,氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置供油;反之,當(dāng)齒輪轉(zhuǎn)到凹陷部分與頂銷接觸時(shí),氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置進(jìn)油.通過(guò)從動(dòng)齒輪端面與頂銷間的接觸及柱塞彈簧力的作用,可實(shí)現(xiàn)將齒輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為柱塞有規(guī)律的上下運(yùn)動(dòng),從而完成氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置的間斷供油過(guò)程.調(diào)整系統(tǒng)由于頂銷與從動(dòng)齒輪端面存在相對(duì)滑動(dòng),不可避免地會(huì)產(chǎn)生磨損.頂銷磨損,柱塞行程減小,從而影響氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置每次供油量的大?。疄榱吮WC氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置在使用壽命期間內(nèi)的流量精度,在氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)上增設(shè)調(diào)整系統(tǒng),當(dāng)頂銷磨損量達(dá)到一定時(shí),通過(guò)手動(dòng)調(diào)整軸的位置來(lái)調(diào)整柱塞位置即柱塞腔的容積,以滿足氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置的流量要求.工作原理工作時(shí),在氣門潤(rùn)滑裝置彈簧和頂銷的共同作用下,迫使柱塞作上、下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),從而完成泵油任務(wù),泵油過(guò)程可分為以下兩個(gè)階段.在進(jìn)油階段,當(dāng)從動(dòng)齒輪轉(zhuǎn)到凹陷部分時(shí),柱塞在彈簧的作用下向上運(yùn)動(dòng),泵油室產(chǎn)生真空度,當(dāng)柱塞運(yùn)行到槽與進(jìn)油孔連通時(shí),泵油室打開,充滿在油泵體油道內(nèi)的機(jī)油經(jīng)凹槽進(jìn)入泵油室,供應(yīng)G5-25-25-20-05-1E13F-20R液壓高壓泵
