HZ-15混凝土電動鉆孔取芯機使用前準備工作：
★為保證安全正常工作,使用前,先閱讀使用說明書,熟悉鉆機的結構和使用方法
★把鉆機各部分擦干凈,立柱的齒條部位加20號機械油(GB443-64)潤滑.
★在需鉆孔處先用電鉆打一個∮19×50孔一個,將鉆機移至工作處,調整支承螺釘,用水平儀觀察至水平,此時兩滾輪應離地,然后把膨脹螺栓按在∮19×50的孔處上緊。
★鉆機固定好后，將水嘴接上水源，擰開水源開關，檢查是否有水流出，如有則屬正常。
★按要求打孔的尺寸裝上鉆頭。
★接通電路，打開電器開關，空運轉幾分鐘，并轉動進給手柄，檢查是否靈活，動作可靠，如各部件動作靈活時方向進行操作。

注意事項：
★孔時，應手感阻力不大，切削平穩(wěn)，鉆時進給速度為4-5m/min左右當鉆孔接近完畢時，由于切削力的改變，鉆孔有些震動，此時要適當降低進給速度，當切削完畢時，應立即快速提升鉆頭直至刃口脫離工作，并關閉鉆機和切斷水源。
★整個鉆進過程必須保持充分水冷卻。從鉆進物體槽中觀察，即表示水供應不足，需停鉆進行檢查。但當鉆削將完畢時，水流入下層而不外溢，此屬正常。
★鉆孔中和鉆進結束快速提升鉆頭時，不得停車，而應待鉆頭剛剛脫離工作時，停止主軸旋轉，再將鉆頭提升。
★鉆進中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)鉆頭受卡，應迅速將鉆頭提升一段，然后再慢慢鉆入，切忌硬性鉆進而打壞鉆頭。
★如鉆進過程中，電機溫度超過70℃，應暫進停機，待冷卻后再使用。
★撥動開關鈕，正向轉動操作手柄，使鉆頭慢慢接觸凝土表面，待鉆頭刀部入槽后，方可加壓進鉆。
★如在進鉆過程中，出現(xiàn)鉆頭不能進鉆，鉆頭表面金剛石部分沒有全部露出，需用強磨耗材料(如耐火磚，砂輪等)開刃，使鉆頭表面層金剛石*露出，此時用手摸表面層，有毛糙感，方可進鉆。

★Toggle the switch button, and rotate the operation handle in the forward direction to make the drill bit slowly contact the surface of the concrete. After the cutter blade is inserted into the groove, the drill can be pressurized.
★If during the drilling process, the drill bit cannot be drilled, the diamond part of the drill bit surface is not completely exposed. It is necessary to use a strong wear material (such as refractory brick, grinding wheel, etc.) to open the surface of the drill bit surface. Touch the surface layer and have a rough feel before you can drill.
維護和保養(yǎng)：
★如鉆進過程中有些震動，鉆進結束后，必須仔細檢查連結部位，及時調整緊固。
★鉆機應保持清潔。當鉆進完畢，應將鉆機各部位擦干凈后，并加機油潤滑各運動部位，放在防塵干燥處，用塑料薄膜罩罩上。
★鉆頭裝入主軸前，應在兩件連結螺紋處加入鈣基潤滑脂，再擰緊，以便拆卸時方便。
★長期停止工作的鉆機，重新使用時，必須測試繞阻與機殼間的絕緣電阻，其數(shù)值應不少于5 M。
★鉆頭刃口磨損和崩裂嚴重應更換鉆頭，以免在鉆削過程中損壞電機而不能繼續(xù)作業(yè)。
★必須定期檢查電源線，插頭，開關，炭刷，換向器，以免使用時發(fā)生事故。
★必須定期檢查減速箱內潤滑油情況，并隨時加以補充，軸承處加鈣一鈉其潤滑脂(ZGN-1或ZGN-2)，齒輪上加3號鈣基潤滑脂(ZG-3)。
