三、安裝：
ZT-96型水泥膠砂振實(shí)臺(tái)的正確安裝對(duì)試件的制作和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果至關(guān)重要，安裝時(shí)請(qǐng)按以下步驟進(jìn)行。
★按 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T17671-1999中的4.2.5要求、振實(shí)臺(tái)安裝在高度約400mm的混凝土基座上。混凝土體積約為0.25m3、重約600kg。需防外部振動(dòng)影響振實(shí)效果時(shí)，可在整個(gè)混凝土基座下放一層厚約5mm天然橡膠彈性襯墊。并注意機(jī)體應(yīng)有良好的用電安全接地。
★將振實(shí)臺(tái)用地腳螺釘固定在基座上，安裝后成水平狀態(tài)，可用高度尺校正振實(shí)臺(tái)臺(tái)面四角的高度在1mm以內(nèi)，長度方向水平在0.5mm以內(nèi)、儀器底座與基座之間安鋪一層新鮮厚砂漿以保證它們*接觸。同時(shí)也可用此方法調(diào)整臺(tái)面和臂桿呈水平
★待水泥膠砂凝結(jié)硬化后擰緊地腳螺釘，注意擰緊力應(yīng)基本一致，防止設(shè)備變形，然后將圖“1”所示中臺(tái)面（5）抬起，凸頭（4）與定位套（2）A應(yīng)有卡阻現(xiàn)象，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有卡阻現(xiàn)象，一般是水平未校準(zhǔn)、應(yīng)尋找原因后校準(zhǔn)。

★ According to the national standard GB / T17671-1999 4.2.5 requirements, the vibrating table is installed on a concrete base with a height of about 400mm. ★ Tighten the anchor screws after the cement mortar has hardened. Pay attention that the tightening force should be basically the same to prevent the equipment from deforming. Then lift the middle table (5) shown in Figure "1", the raised head (4) and the positioning sleeve (2 ) A should have jamming phenomenon. If jamming phenomenon is found, the level is generally not calibrated, and calibration should be performed after finding the cause.

四、使用與維護(hù)：
★操作前應(yīng)拿掉定位套（見圖1所示），檢查各運(yùn)動(dòng)部件是否運(yùn)動(dòng)自如，電控部分是否正常，加注潤滑油后開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)，檢查一切正常方可使用。每次使用前必須拿掉定位套。
★電氣原理請(qǐng)見附圖。接通電源前，帶鎖開關(guān)SW處于閉關(guān)狀態(tài)（即按鈕彈出位置）。按下開關(guān)并鎖住，電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，電子計(jì)數(shù)器從零計(jì)數(shù)，當(dāng)?shù)?0次時(shí)停轉(zhuǎn)。再次操作，可按放兩次SW，即能重復(fù)執(zhí)行。
★本電路由于A用電源變壓器，電路部分都與電源電壓有關(guān)，外殼必須保證安全接地（認(rèn)真檢查電源插頭座的PE黃綠線是否安全接地，而A是接電源零線）。
★有油杯的地方加注潤滑油，凸輪表面涂薄機(jī)油以減少磨損。
★使用后應(yīng)清掃儀器上的各種雜物，保持清潔，并將定位套放與原位，以免臺(tái)面受力而影響 位置。
★儀器經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間使用后，如振幅變大超差，可用隨機(jī)所附墊圈進(jìn)行調(diào)整。具體方法是將止動(dòng)器固定螺釘松開，取出止動(dòng)器，將墊圈放入下面重新將固定螺釘上緊。
★振幅檢驗(yàn)：
A、將隨機(jī)所附14.7mm檢驗(yàn)塊放入圖“1”所示凸面與止動(dòng)器之間，用手撥動(dòng)凸輪，凸輪應(yīng)與軸承相接觸。
B、同樣方法用15.3mm檢驗(yàn)塊放入，則凸輪與軸承A應(yīng)接觸，滿足以上兩個(gè)條件即儀器振幅為合格。方可進(jìn)行工作

★ Please refer to the attached drawings for the electrical principle. Before the power is turned on, the lock switch SW is in a closed state (that is, a button pop-up position). Press the switch and lock, the motor runs, the electronic counter counts from zero, and stops when it reaches 60 times. Operate again, you can press and release SW twice to repeat the operation.
★ Because the circuit of A uses a power transformer, the circuit part is related to the power supply voltage. The shell must be safely grounded (carefully check whether the PE yellow-green wire of the power plug socket is safely grounded, and A is the power neutral line).
★ Add lubricating oil to the oil cup, and thin the cam surface to reduce wear.
★ After use, clean all kinds of sundries on the instrument, keep it clean, and put the positioning sleeve in place, so as not to be affected by the force on the table surface.
★ After using the instrument for a period of time, if the amplitude becomes too large, it can be adjusted with the enclosed gasket. The specific method is to loosen the stopper fixing screw, take out the stopper, put the washer underneath and tighten the fixing screw again.
★ Amplitude test:
A. Put the attached 14.7mm inspection block between the convex surface and the stopper as shown in Figure "1", and then move the cam by hand. The cam should be in contact with the bearing.
B. Put the 15.3mm inspection block in the same way, the cam and bearing A should be in contact, and the above two conditions are met, that is, the instrument amplitude is qualified. To work
五、工作原理：
水泥膠砂振實(shí)臺(tái)主要由振動(dòng)部件，機(jī)架部件和接近開關(guān)程控系統(tǒng)組成。工作時(shí)由同步電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)凸輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使振動(dòng)部件上升運(yùn)動(dòng)，升到定值后落下，而產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)使水泥膠砂在力的作用下振實(shí)，該儀器采用接近開關(guān)計(jì)數(shù)自動(dòng)控制，60次后自動(dòng)停止，使用方便，計(jì)數(shù)準(zhǔn)確。
