一、混凝土快速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱是我公司依據(jù)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)T0509-94《水泥膠砂強(qiáng)度快速試驗(yàn)》設(shè)計(jì)制造。適用于水泥廠、建筑施工、科研等單位對(duì)普通硅酸鹽水泥，礦渣水泥，火山灰水泥、粉煤灰水泥的試塊進(jìn)行快速養(yǎng)護(hù)。適用于水泥廠，建筑科研施工單位對(duì)所有混凝土試件進(jìn)行快速恒溫養(yǎng)護(hù)，可在24小時(shí)內(nèi)預(yù)測(cè)出3天、7天、23天齡期的抗壓、抗折試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，縮短水泥檢驗(yàn)周期。

三、混凝土快速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱使用方法：
★箱體安放平穩(wěn)后， 先檢查電器部分有無(wú)原件損壞，線路是否接觸良好，插好傳感器和加熱器插頭。設(shè)備必須有可靠接地。
★開箱加水高約60mm。試塊成型后，常溫存放7小時(shí)或標(biāo)養(yǎng)3小時(shí)，觀察接近終凝時(shí)，（根據(jù)水泥成分不同，應(yīng)自行注意觀察，接近終凝時(shí)間）隨同試模一起放入箱內(nèi)擱架上。
★蓋好箱蓋，插好溫度傳感器，根據(jù)各廠水泥成分不同，設(shè)定溫度和工作時(shí)間。
★ 試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，取出試模放置常溫處，到試塊恢復(fù)常溫時(shí)，拆開試模，取出試塊，即可進(jìn)行抗折、抗壓試驗(yàn)。
★試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，放水并擦干內(nèi)箱。
★根據(jù)水泥種類不同，可采用恒溫65-80℃之間進(jìn)行，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與快速對(duì)比試驗(yàn)10-20次，找出比值或差值，得出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果
★溫度設(shè)定
溫控儀通電后，上排顯示為當(dāng)前箱體內(nèi)溫度，下排顯示設(shè)定溫度。此時(shí)，可用“∧”，“∨”鍵設(shè)定溫度值。綠燈亮表示開始加溫，閃爍表示恒溫狀態(tài)。 長(zhǎng)期使用后，傳感器出現(xiàn)零點(diǎn)漂移，當(dāng)漂移超出試驗(yàn)要求范圍，則需調(diào)整。具體操作如下：按下“SET”鍵3秒，溫控儀進(jìn)入?yún)?shù)調(diào)整狀態(tài)，此時(shí)，上排顯示所調(diào)整的項(xiàng)目，下排為對(duì)應(yīng)數(shù)值，繼續(xù)點(diǎn)動(dòng)“SET”鍵，直到上排顯示“SC”，此時(shí)可按“∧”，“∨”鍵，調(diào)整下排數(shù)值，進(jìn)而修正正負(fù)偏差。其它參數(shù)不建議修改，如須修改，請(qǐng)參照所附溫控表使用說(shuō)明書。
★混凝土快速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱時(shí)間設(shè)定
接通電源后，4位數(shù)碼管顯示“00：00”，按“設(shè)置/查詢”按鈕，此時(shí)被設(shè)定位開始閃爍，可按“加數(shù)”按鈕置數(shù)，按“移位”鍵可設(shè)定下一位數(shù)（從左到右）。設(shè)定好時(shí)間后按“啟動(dòng)”鍵，設(shè)備開始工作，計(jì)時(shí)從0開始，到達(dá)設(shè)定時(shí)間后，蜂鳴器響，提示保溫時(shí)間到，可取出試塊。試驗(yàn)中，當(dāng)操作人員想查看設(shè)定時(shí)間為多少時(shí)，可按下“設(shè)定/查詢”鍵，數(shù)碼管顯示設(shè)定時(shí)間，再次按下“設(shè)定/查詢”鍵，設(shè)備繼續(xù)工作，（查詢后不能按“啟動(dòng)”鍵）。定時(shí)結(jié)束后按下“設(shè)定/查詢”鍵即可令蜂鳴器停響。

★ Unpacking and adding water is about 60mm high. After the test block is formed, it is stored for 7 hours at room temperature or 3 hours at standard temperature. When it is observed to be near the final setting, (depending on the composition of the cement, you should pay attention to it and approach the final setting time).
★ Close the lid of the box, insert the temperature sensor, and set the temperature and working time according to the cement composition of each plant.
★ After the test, remove the test mold and place it at normal temperature. When the test block returns to normal temperature, disassemble the test mold and remove the test block to perform the flexural and compressive test.
★ After the test, drain the water and dry the inner box.
★ Depending on the type of cement, constant temperature 65-80 ° C can be used. Standard and rapid comparison tests 10-20 times, find out the ratio or difference, and get the standard inspection results.
★ Temperature setting
After the temperature controller is powered on, the upper row shows the current temperature inside the cabinet, and the lower row shows the set temperature. At this time, you can use "∧" and "∨" keys to set the temperature value. The green light is on to indicate the start of heating, and the flashing indicates constant temperature. After long-term use, the sensor has zero drift. When the drift exceeds the range required by the test, it needs to be adjusted. The specific operation is as follows: Press the "SET" key for 3 seconds, the temperature controller enters the parameter adjustment state. At this time, the upper row displays the adjusted item, and the lower row is the corresponding value. Continue to jog the "SET" key until the upper row displays "SC", at this time, you can press the "∧" and "∨" keys to adjust the lower row value, and then correct the positive and negative deviation. It is not recommended to modify other parameters. If you need to modify, please refer to the instruction manual of the attached temperature control meter.
★ Time setting of rapid concrete curing box
After the power is turned on, the 4-digit digital tube displays "00: 00", and press the "Set / Query" button. At this time, the set bit starts to flash. You can press the "Add" button to set the number, and press the "Shift" key. Set the next digit (from left to right). After setting the time, press the "Start" key, the device starts to work, the timing starts from 0, when the set time is reached, the buzzer sounds, indicating that the holding time is up, you can remove the test block. In the test, when the operator wants to check the set time, he can press the "Set / Query" key, the digital tube displays the set time, press the "Set / Query" key again, the device continues to work, (Query You cannot press the "Start" key afterwards). After the timer is over, press the “Set / Query” button to stop the buzzer.
四、混凝土快速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱安全注意事項(xiàng)
★加速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱蓋在使用過(guò)程中請(qǐng)勿倒放(可依箱蓋上提示標(biāo)牌文字正視位置為準(zhǔn))。
★放置試件時(shí)應(yīng)留測(cè)溫探頭的對(duì)應(yīng)位置，以免探頭插入時(shí)損壞。
★ 試件在放入和取出時(shí)一定要注意安全，即在使用專用工具鉤起試件時(shí)必需確認(rèn)工具鉤是否已穩(wěn)穩(wěn)地鉤牢試件，以防操作中途試件脫落箱內(nèi)熱水飛濺傷人。
★ 加速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱使用結(jié)束后必須切斷電源，防止電熱管無(wú)意中尚處于加熱狀態(tài)，造成脫水損機(jī)現(xiàn)象。
★加速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)需將水放盡擦干，放在通風(fēng)干燥處。

★ Do not place the cover of the accelerated curing box upside-down during use (you can follow the position of the label on the box cover).
★ The corresponding position of the temperature probe should be kept when placing the test piece, so as to avoid damage when the probe is inserted.
★ When putting in and taking out the test piece, please pay attention to safety, that is, when using the special tool to hook up the test piece, you must confirm whether the tool hook has firmly hooked the test piece to prevent the test piece from falling off in the middle of operation. Hurt.
★ After the accelerated curing box is used, the power must be cut off to prevent the heating pipe from being inadvertently heated, which will cause dehydration and damage to the machine.
★ When the accelerating curing box is not used for a long time, it is necessary to dry the water thoroughly and put it in a dry and ventilated place.
五、混凝土快速養(yǎng)護(hù)箱結(jié)構(gòu)：
箱體由內(nèi)、外箱體和保溫層組成。內(nèi)外箱均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼焊接成型。內(nèi)外層之間填充有優(yōu)質(zhì)保溫層。箱體與箱蓋之間采用水槽密封。
