三、工作原理:
水溶液pH值的測量一般用玻璃電極作為指示電極,*電極作為參比電極,當溶液中氫離子濃度(嚴格說是活度)即溶液的pH值發(fā)生變化時,玻璃電極和*電極之間產(chǎn)生的電勢也隨著發(fā)生變化,而電勢變化關系符合下列公式:

四、測定樣品的注意事項:
◆儀器的電極插頭和插口必須保持清潔干燥,不使用時應將短路插頭或電極
插頭插上,以防止灰塵及濕氣浸入而降低儀器的輸入阻抗,影響測定準確性。
◆不同的樣品,應選擇相適應的pH電極(例如:測量強酸、強堿或者純水等)。
◆在樣品測量時,電極的引入導線須保持靜止,不要用手觸摸。否則將會引

◆配制標準溶液必須使用二次蒸餾水或去離子水,其電導率應小于2μS/cm,
