三、數(shù)顯混凝土含氣量測(cè)定儀使用方法:
★用濕布擦凈量缽與缽蓋內(nèi)表面,并使量缽呈水平放置。
★將新拌混凝土拌和物均勻的裝入量缽內(nèi),使混凝土拌和物高出量缽少許。裝料時(shí)可用搗棒稍加插搗,裝好后,當(dāng)用振動(dòng)臺(tái)(振動(dòng)臺(tái)頻率50HZ,空載時(shí)振幅0.5±0.1mm)振實(shí)時(shí),振動(dòng)過(guò)程中如混凝土拌和物沉落到低于內(nèi)口,則應(yīng)隨時(shí)添家混凝土拌和物,振動(dòng)至混凝土表面平整,呈現(xiàn)釉光時(shí)即停止振動(dòng)。不用振動(dòng)臺(tái)而換用搗棒搗實(shí)時(shí),將混凝土拌和物分三層裝入,每層搗實(shí)后約為量缽高度的三分之一,插搗地層時(shí)搗棒應(yīng)貫穿整個(gè)深度。插搗上層時(shí),搗棒應(yīng)插入下層10-20mm。每層搗實(shí)后,可把搗棒墊在量缽低部,將量缽左右交替地顛擊地面15次。
★搗時(shí)完畢后,應(yīng)立即用刮尺刮去表面多余的混凝土拌和物,表面如有凹陷應(yīng)予*,然后用鏝刀抹平,并使其表面光滑無(wú)氣泡。
★擦凈量缽和缽蓋邊緣,將O形橡膠密封圈(238×8.6)放于缽蓋邊緣的凹槽內(nèi),蓋上缽蓋,用夾子夾緊,使之氣密良好,并用水平儀檢查水平。
★打開(kāi)水龍頭和出氣閥,用注水器從小龍頭處往量缽中注水直至水從氣閥口流出,再關(guān)緊小龍頭和出氣閥。

After each layer is tamped, you can pad the tampon at the lower part of the measuring bowl and hit the ground alternately from side to side 15 times.
★ After the ramming is finished, the excess concrete mixture on the surface should be scraped off with a scraper. The surface should be filled if there is a depression, and then smoothed with a trowel to make the surface smooth and free of air bubbles.
★ Clean the edge of the measuring bowl and bowl cover, place the O-shaped rubber seal ring (238 × 8.6) in the groove on the edge of the bowl cover, cover the bowl cover, clamp with a clip to make it airtight, and check with a level meter Level.
★ Open the faucet and the air outlet valve, use a water injector to inject water from the small faucet into the measuring bowl until the water flows out of the air valve, and then close the small faucet and the air outlet valve.

五、數(shù)顯混凝土含氣量測(cè)定儀操作規(guī)程:
★混凝土拌和物均勻裝入量缽,用震動(dòng)臺(tái)振搗15-30s。
★刮平混凝土,表面光滑無(wú)氣泡。
★蓋好缽蓋,向量缽內(nèi)注水至出水口流水,關(guān)緊龍頭和排氣閥。
★向量缽內(nèi)打氣加壓,表壓稱(chēng)大于0.1MPa,用微調(diào)閥準(zhǔn)確到0.1 MPa。
★按下閥門(mén)桿1-2次,測(cè)得壓力表讀數(shù),根據(jù)標(biāo)定曲線(xiàn)測(cè)定含氣量值A(chǔ)1。
★用水壓法測(cè)出集料含氣量C。
★結(jié)果計(jì)算:A=A1-C。
以?xún)纱螠y(cè)值平均值為結(jié)果,兩次測(cè)值相差0.5%以上,找出原因重做試驗(yàn)。

★ Measure the gas content C of the aggregate with water pressure method.
★ Result calculation: A = A1-C.
Take the average of the two measured values as the result, the difference between the two measured values is more than 0.5%, find out the reason and redo the test.
