一、產品簡介：漆膜干燥時間測定器依據GB/T 1728-89設計制造。在規(guī)定的干燥條件下，表層膜干時間為表干時間。全部形成固體涂膜的時間為實際干燥時間，以小時計。適用于涂膜、膩子膜實際干燥時間測定。
QGS paint film drying time tester is designed and manufactured according to GB / T 1728-89. Under the specified drying conditions, the surface film drying time is the surface drying time. The time for which all solid coating films are formed is the actual drying time in hours. It is suitable for measuring the actual drying time of coating film and putty film.
二、使用說明：
★涂在適當表面上的油漆試樣從流體層變成漆膜之物理化學過程，謂之干燥。
★干燥過程分為二個主要階段：
★所涂試樣表面上，形成微薄的漆膜時，謂之表面干燥。
★所涂油漆全部厚度都結成漆膜時，謂之實際干燥。

The physical and chemical process of the paint sample coated on a suitable surface from a fluid layer to a paint film is called dry.
★ The drying process is divided into two main stages:
★ When a thin paint film is formed on the surface of the coated sample, the surface is said to be dry.
★ When all the thickness of the paint is formed into a paint film, it is said to be actually dry.

四、操作步驟：
試驗前準備工作：
★調整砝碼重量，使達到要求；
★把脫脂棉做成1立方厘米疏松的棉球。
★按照產品標準所規(guī)定的技術條件制備樣板并做完表面干燥的測定，然后再將樣板置干燥箱里（照操作規(guī)格）進行干燥。
★按產品標準所規(guī)定的實際干燥時間，取出按干燥情況每隔若干時間試驗其干燥程度。
★試驗時在漆膜表面上方一棉球，在棉球上輕輕放上油漆干燥試驗砝碼，并同時開動秒表，經30分秒后，將砝碼和棉球拿掉，漆膜上若不 有棉球痕跡，即達到了實際干燥程度。

Preparations before the test:
★ Adjust the weight to meet the requirements;
★ Make absorbent cotton into 1 cm3 loose cotton ball.
★ Prepare the sample plate according to the technical conditions specified in the product standard and finish the surface drying measurement, and then place the sample plate in a drying box (according to the operating specifications) to dry.
★ According to the actual drying time stipulated in the product standard, take out and test the drying degree at regular intervals according to the drying conditions.
★ During the test, put a cotton ball on the surface of the paint film, put the paint dry test weight on the cotton ball gently, and start the stopwatch at the same time. After 30 minutes, remove the weight and the cotton ball. No traces of cotton balls remain, that is, the actual dryness is achieved.
