三、測(cè)定方法:
1、先在墻體上開鑿兩條水平槽孔 ①上水平槽尺寸應(yīng)為 240mm×250mm×70mm(深×寬×高) ②下水平槽尺寸為 240mm×250mm×140m(深×寬×高),(下槽的高度視壓力機(jī)型號(hào)不同而調(diào)整) ③上下水平槽孔對(duì)齊,兩槽間相隔 7 皮磚,凈距約 430mm④槽間砌體的承壓面修平整
2、安放原位壓力機(jī) ①在上槽下表面和扁式千斤頂?shù)捻斆?,均勻鋪設(shè)厚 10mm 濕細(xì)砂墊層或石膏等其他材料,便于均勻 受力 ②將反力板置于上槽孔及扁式千斤頂置于下槽孔,并使兩個(gè)承壓板上下對(duì)齊后,擰緊螺母并調(diào)整其 平行度
3、試加荷載 檢查測(cè)試系統(tǒng)是否靈敏以及上下壓板和砌體受壓面接觸是否均勻密實(shí),待正常后卸荷即開始測(cè)試。 4、正式測(cè)試 分級(jí)加荷,每級(jí)荷載約為預(yù)估破壞荷載的 10%,加至預(yù)估破壞荷載的 80%,連續(xù)加荷直至槽間砌體 破壞(當(dāng)槽間砌體裂縫急劇擴(kuò)展而壓力表指針明顯回退時(shí),即為槽間砌體的破壞荷載)。

6、數(shù)據(jù)分析。
SL-80 in-situ press determination method:
