一，產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：
高溫流淌性測(cè)定儀根據(jù)12953-2003，GB/18173-2000GB/T328-2007之規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)制作。用于防水卷材的高溫流淌性的檢測(cè)。

二，試驗(yàn)方法：
將三個(gè)20mm×20mm×4mm的試樣分別置于75°傾角的帶凹槽木架上，使試樣厚度的2mm在槽內(nèi)，2mm在槽外；一并放入（80±2）℃的干燥箱內(nèi)，5h后取出，觀察試樣有無(wú)明顯流淌，以不超過(guò)凹槽邊線1,mm為無(wú)流淌。

三，操作使用：
1、高溫流淌性試驗(yàn)：將三個(gè)20×20×4mm的試樣分別置于75°傾角的帶凹槽木架上，使試樣厚度的2mm在槽內(nèi)，2mm在槽外；
一并放人(80土2)℃的干燥箱內(nèi)，5h后取出，觀察試樣有無(wú)明顯流淌，以不超過(guò)凹槽邊線l mm為無(wú)流淌。三個(gè)試件均不流淌為合格。
2、低溫試驗(yàn)：將試樣切、壓成50×100×2mm的試件2片，在(-20土2)℃低溫箱中停放2h，取出后立即在#10mm的棒上軟繞一圈，觀察其是否脆裂，2片均不脆裂為合格。
3、止水條試驗(yàn)結(jié)果評(píng)定：依據(jù)《高分子防水材料第3部分遇水膨脹橡膠》（GB18173.3--2002）評(píng)定膩?zhàn)有椭顾畻l以上三項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果均應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。

Observe whether it is brittle or not, and both pieces are not brittle and qualified.
3. Evaluation of test results of water stop strips: According to the “Polymer waterproofing material part 3 water-swellable rubber” (GB18173.3--2002), the results of the three test tests above the putty type water stop strip shall comply with the regulations.
