一、概述/ Summary：

HD9P(E/HY)90H（X） 旋筒閥是漢德股份經(jīng)過多年市場調研并開發(fā)的一種多功能新型閥門，可用于介質高性能調節(jié)、切斷、分流和換向等，具有球閥、三通及多通、蝶閥、旋塞閥、調節(jié)閥等多種應用功能，廣泛應用于煤化工、冶金、石化、電力、輕工、醫(yī)藥及等行業(yè)，漢德股份于2015年取得多項國家，系閥門行業(yè)。

旋筒閥是一種閥芯形狀為一圓柱筒形，圓柱面上開有過流窗口，通過旋轉閥芯方式開啟和關閉閥門，起到截流或調節(jié)作用。適用各種工況，有著特殊的優(yōu)勢和長處。旋筒閥已經(jīng)解決了傳統(tǒng)的調節(jié)閥所遇到的一些問題，而且部分已超出了傳統(tǒng)調節(jié)閥的性能。

三、特點/ Characteristic：

• 具有超大可調比，可調比可達到10000：1。

• *的Cv值（是傳統(tǒng)Globe閥的四倍以上），所以相等額定Cv值下，可選用更小口徑閥門。

四、分類/ Classification
根據(jù)不同工況，旋筒閥選用不同的控制元件，可以分類如下：

A、全通型:主要用于切斷要求的場合。在管道系統(tǒng)中起對介質的接通或截流，流通能力強，壓損小，雙向密封可達到零泄漏。

B、調節(jié)型：主要用于調節(jié)要求的場合（大可調比）。在管道系統(tǒng)中主要起調節(jié)作用，閥門執(zhí)行機構接收到控制信號。帶動閥筒作旋轉運動，轉動作角度與控制信號成線性關系，從而控制管道中工藝參數(shù)的目的。流道口可按需要定制成線性、等百分比或一些特殊形狀從而獲得不同性能的流量曲線。

C、 三通或多通（調節(jié)）型：L型、T型。三通型旋筒閥是指閥體有三個進出口，三通旋筒閥分為L型和T型兩種,L型主要用于介質的換向，介質的流向從一根管道換為另一根管道。T型主要用于介質的分流和合流，分流是控制一種介質分別從不同的管道流出，合流是控制兩種介質匯合于一根管道。

多通型旋筒閥是指垂直于執(zhí)行器的旋轉軸平面上有四個或以上進出口，或在該平面的下端也有一個出口，該閥的作用主要用于兩種以上介質的換向或匯合于一根管道。

Three way or multi pass (regulation) type: L type, T type. D、 降噪型：能有效降低噪聲。介質在管道中流通，一定的條件下會產(chǎn)生大的噪聲，會對設備產(chǎn)生損壞，對環(huán)境造成污染。因此在閥內(nèi)件設計采取一些降噪措施可降低噪聲。

E、小流量型：當介質的流量很微小時，閥門很小的開度就達到了流量要求，因此無法正常調節(jié)，此時可將節(jié)流口形狀設計為小1mm寬的矩型窗口，流量特性為線性，Cv值可達到極小，從而提高了微小流量時的控制精度。

F、反汽蝕型：汽蝕是材料在液體的壓力和溫度達到臨界值時產(chǎn)生的一種破壞形式，汽蝕分為閃蒸和空化兩個階段。管道中的液體在一定的條件下，部分液體氣化成氣體狀態(tài)，產(chǎn)生氣泡，形成氣液兩相流這就是閃蒸過程。閥下游的壓力升高，壓破氣泡的過程即空化過程。汽蝕可使閥內(nèi)件的表面產(chǎn)生磨痕、深溝及凹坑。閥一般采用曲折路徑、多級降壓、多孔節(jié)流及引導介質流向閥體中心區(qū)防止沖擊閥體內(nèi)壁的方式來防止和降低汽蝕的破壞。

G、多級降壓降噪型：當介質在管道中流過后噪聲級別相當高時，也可通過多級降壓降噪的方式來解決。

H、半筒型：當介質中含有固體棵?；蚶w維狀物質時，可選用半筒型結構，此種結構具有自潔及剪切功能。

K、角式旋筒閥：

主要用于一些高壓差或流阻小的工況，也可作為釜底放料閥使用。特別適合于煤化工行業(yè)中的黑水和灰水的壓力和流量調節(jié)。

角式旋筒閥的閥芯與閥座的材料經(jīng)過精加工而制成，表面粗糙度達到Rc0.04，材料硬度達到HRA90以上極耐磨。傳統(tǒng)的黑水調節(jié)閥采用文丘里角式直行程結構，流向為高進低出，啟閉力量大，閥桿上下動作，因閥桿與導向套之間有間隙，容易產(chǎn)生振蕩出象，經(jīng)常閥芯從根部折斷，用了一段時間后，閥桿上容易結垢，致使閥芯無法動作。而角式旋筒閥為角行程動作，旋轉扭矩小，在轉動過程中具有自潔功能，筒式閥芯與閥體之間接觸面積大而均勻，解決了傳統(tǒng)角式座閥的振動與爬行現(xiàn)象，閥芯與閥座之間鏡面接觸，保證了密封的可靠性，從而提高了調節(jié)精度。
