產(chǎn)品描述：

氣動隔膜泵既能抽送流動的液體，又能輸送一些不易流動的介質(zhì)，具有自吸泵、潛水泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵和雜質(zhì)泵等輸送機械的許多優(yōu)點。

1、泵不需灌引水．吸程高達5m．揚程達50m．出口壓力≥5bar。

2、泵流動寬敞，通過性能好．允許通過大顆粒直徑達10mm。抽送泥漿、雜質(zhì)日寸，對泵磨損甚微；

3、揚程、流量可通過氣閥開度實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)節(jié)(氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在1—7 bar之間)：

4、泵無旋轉(zhuǎn)部件，沒有軸封，泵等抽送的介質(zhì)與泵的運動部件、工件介質(zhì)*隔開，所輸送的介質(zhì)不會向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易發(fā)揮或腐蝕性介質(zhì)時，不會造成環(huán)境污染和危害人身安全；

5、泵不*電．在易燃、易爆場所使用安全可靠；

6、泵可以浸沒在介質(zhì)中工作；

7、泵使用方便、工作可靠、開停只需簡單地打開和關(guān)閉氣體閥門．即使由于意外情況而長時間無介質(zhì)運行或突然停機泵也不會因此而損壞．一旦超負荷，泵會自地動停機，具有自我保護性能，當負荷恢復正常后，又能自動啟動運行；

8、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、易損件少，該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，安裝、維修方便，泵輸送的介質(zhì)不會接觸到配氣閥，聯(lián)桿等運動部件，不象其他類型的泵因轉(zhuǎn)子、活塞、齒輪、葉片等部件的磨損而使性能逐步下降：

9、可輸送較粘的液體(粘度在1萬厘泊以下)；

10、泵無須用油潤滑，即使空轉(zhuǎn)．對泵也無任何影響，這是該泵大特點。

特點

1、由于用空氣作動力，所以流量隨背壓(出口阻力)的變化而自動調(diào)整，適合用于中高粘度的流體。而離心泵的工作點是以水為基準設(shè)定好的，如果用于粘度稍高的流體，則需要配套減速機或變頻調(diào)速器，成本就大大的提高了，對于齒輪泵也是同樣如此。

2、在易燃易爆的環(huán)境中用氣動泵可靠且成本低，如燃料的輸送，因為：一、接地后不可能產(chǎn)生火花；二、工作中無熱量產(chǎn)生，機器不會過熱；第三、流體不會過熱因為隔膜泵對流體的攪動小。

3、在工地惡劣的地方，如建筑工地、 工礦的 廢水排放、由于污水中的雜質(zhì)多且成分復雜，管路易于堵塞，這樣對電泵就形成負荷過高的情況，電機發(fā)熱易損。氣動隔膜泵可通過顆粒且流量可調(diào)，管道堵塞時自動停止至通暢。

4、另外隔膜泵體積小易于移動，不需要地基，占地面小，安裝簡便經(jīng)濟?？勺鳛橐苿邮轿锪陷斔捅谩?/span>

5、在有危害性、腐蝕性的物料處理中，隔膜泵可將物料與外界*隔開。

6、或是一些試驗中保證沒有雜質(zhì)污染原料。

7、可用于輸送化學性質(zhì)比較不穩(wěn)定的流體，如：感光材料、絮凝液等。這是因為隔膜泵的剪切力低，對材料的物理影響小。
