1.必須滿足使用流量和揚(yáng)程的要求，即要求泵的運(yùn)行工次點(diǎn)（裝置特性曲線 與泵的性能曲線的交點(diǎn)）經(jīng)常保持在高效區(qū)間運(yùn)行，這樣既省動力又不易損壞機(jī)件。

2.所選擇的水泵既要體積小、重量輕、造價便宜，又要具有良好的特性和較高的效率。

3.具有良好的抗汽蝕性能，這樣既能減小泵房的開挖深度，又不使水泵發(fā)生汽蝕，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、壽命長。

4. 按所選水泵建泵站，工程投資少，運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低。

進(jìn)口管道泵過流部件分類：

一般管道泵的過流部件分為，吸入室、葉輪、壓出室三個部分。葉輪室是泵的核心，也是流部件的核心。泵通過葉輪對液體的作功，使其能量增加。

葉輪按吸入方式分二類：

一、單吸葉輪（葉輪從一側(cè)吸入液體）；

二、雙吸葉輪（葉輪從兩側(cè)吸入液體）；

葉輪按蓋板形式分為三類：

一、封閉式葉輪；

二、敞開式葉輪；

三、半開式葉輪

葉輪按液體流出的方向分三類：

一、徑流式葉輪，液體流向與軸線垂直；

二、斜流式葉輪，液體流向與軸線傾斜；

三、軸流式葉輪，液體流向與軸線平行；

特點(diǎn)：

1、管道離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，機(jī)泵一體化，體積小。其立式結(jié)構(gòu)具有安裝占地面積小，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，安裝無需調(diào)整。

2、泵進(jìn)出口設(shè)計成規(guī)格相同法蘭，且位于同一中心在線，可象閥門一樣直接安裝在管路上，且中心低，便于管道布置，安裝方便。

3、泵與電機(jī)同軸，軸向尺寸短，使泵運(yùn)行更加平穩(wěn)，噪音低。

4、取消傳統(tǒng)軸封方式，避免了輸送介質(zhì)的外泄，因此具有*無泄漏的顯著特點(diǎn)。

1.管道離心泵適用于高層建筑增壓送水、園林噴灌、冷卻塔上水、遠(yuǎn)距離輸水、空調(diào)、制冷沖洗、浴室等冷；暖水循環(huán)加壓。使用溫度80℃以下。

2.管道離心泵適用于采暖、鍋爐等行業(yè)的高溫?zé)崴鰤貉h(huán)。使用溫度150℃以下。

3. 管道離心泵適用于輸送食品、制藥、造酒、化工等行業(yè)的工藝流程中腐蝕性介質(zhì)，使用溫度80℃以下。
