高粘度計量泵的工作原理

高粘度計量泵的工作原理與普通計量泵的工作原理不同之處在于計量泵單向閥的不同。普通計量泵的單向閥是靠閥球的自身重力來實現(xiàn)單向止回的功能，而高粘度計量泵的單向閥，采用彈簧進(jìn)行彈性止回。因此可以在高粘度物質(zhì)的阻力下閥球正常的彈出和復(fù)位，以保證正常的單向閥之作用。 高粘度計量泵的驅(qū)動原理與普通計量泵驅(qū)動原理相同，不再累述。本文對計量泵的吸入沖程和排出沖程動作進(jìn)行分解，來解釋高粘度計量泵的工作原理。 高粘度計量泵的吸入沖程，此時計量泵驅(qū)動柱塞遠(yuǎn)離計量泵液力端泵頭的方向，計量泵隔膜被拉遠(yuǎn)離泵頭，此時液力腔體積增大，壓力減小，當(dāng)小于計量泵的入口壓力時，介質(zhì)壓力會推動計量泵入口單向閥閥球向上運動，同時高粘度計量泵入口單向閥彈簧被壓縮，介質(zhì)通過入口單向閥進(jìn)入到液力腔之中。當(dāng)柱塞被拉到遠(yuǎn)端的同時，介質(zhì)被進(jìn)入液力腔使得壓力瞬間為零。此時由于高粘度計量泵單向閥的入口彈簧被壓力，彈簧自身會伸張，從而推動閥球，向下運動，到單向閥閥座上。從而比普通計量泵單靠閥球自身重力往下運動不同，彈簧的作用力可以打破高粘度介質(zhì)的阻力，使單向閥依然保持單向閥止回作用，從而密封良好，計量泵進(jìn)行正常的泵送。 高粘度計量泵的排出沖程幾乎發(fā)生在計量泵吸入沖程停止的一瞬間，此時計量泵驅(qū)動力驅(qū)動柱塞，帶動隔膜朝計量泵液力端泵頭方向運動，由于液體不可壓縮，機(jī)械驅(qū)動力會使得液力腔的介質(zhì)瞬間增壓，當(dāng)壓力大于單向閥閥球自身重力和彈簧被壓縮阻力之和時，高粘度計量泵單向閥出口單向閥閥球就會被向上方，從而液力腔進(jìn)入到管線中。當(dāng)柱塞驅(qū)動的隔膜到了靠近計量泵液力端前端時，此時，驅(qū)動力對液力腔介質(zhì)的壓力瞬間為零，由于高粘度計量泵單向閥彈簧被壓縮又加之閥球自身重力，會沖破高粘度液體的阻力，正常的復(fù)位，以保證計量泵單向閥單向止回之作用。 盡管高粘度計量泵的單向閥閥球靠彈簧的彈性進(jìn)行可以實現(xiàn)打一定粘度的物料，但是仍有很大的局限性，這種局限性主要存在于計量泵高粘度單向閥之上，因為計量泵高粘度單向閥的彈簧均采用316L材質(zhì)制造而成，在打酸性物料或pH值低于7.00pH時會造成彈簧腐蝕損壞，增加了故障率和計量泵高粘度單向閥的更換頻率而增加運用成本。計量泵屬于工業(yè)泵浦，基本上都是連續(xù)工作，長時間的彈出與復(fù)位會造成彈簧疲勞從而造成損壞。 由于高粘度計量泵的運用也較為廣泛，所以各大計量泵制造商，均有高粘度計量泵。其中米頓羅所有系列的計量泵均有高粘度泵頭可選。
