本試劑盒采用*的離心吸附柱純化酶切、PCR等反應(yīng)溶液中的DNA段，同時(shí)除去蛋白質(zhì)、其它有機(jī)化合物、無機(jī)鹽離子及寡核苷酸引物等，得到高質(zhì)量的DNA純化產(chǎn)物。本試劑盒使用范圍廣，回收效率高，對(duì)于100 bp-10 kb DNA段，回收率可達(dá)80%以上。

保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
