整機特點：

用電極分別壓緊產品的兩端，通電后由頂鍛缸將兩端口按設定速度逐漸推進，端口在接近的過程中先接觸的部位電流密度*，會瞬間液化形成金屬過梁并爆破出現金屬飛濺，即閃光；隨著端口的逐漸靠近，接觸的點逐漸增多，zui后整個端面均形成了無數液態(tài)金屬過梁，并不斷爆破，使端面加熱到塑性和液態(tài)的臨界點后瞬間對兩端面施以大的頂鍛力并保壓一段時間，將兩端面熔接在一起，焊接完成。這種焊接強度高，致密性好，無虛焊，無氣孔，無夾渣。

主要應用領域

1、應用于各種刀，叉，湯匙，打蛋器等廚具餐具的對焊;

2、自行車，摩托車，汽車車圈及其他金屬環(huán)的對焊;

3、各種金屬絲，金屬帶，鐵棒，建筑用鋼筋對焊；

4、各種圓形（方形）鍍鋅管，鋼管，鐵管的焊接。
