1、葉輪結構型式:葉輪的結構分為四大類:葉片式(開式、閉式)、旋流式、流道式、(包括單流道和雙流道)螺旋離心式四種, 開式半開 式葉輪制造方便,當葉輪內(nèi)造成堵塞時,可以很容易的清理及維修,但在長期運行中,在顆粒的磨蝕下會使葉片與壓水室內(nèi)側壁的間隙加大,從而降低效率,還有間隙的加大會破壞葉片上的壓差分布。不僅產(chǎn)生大量的旋渦損失,而且會使泵的軸向力加大,同時,由于間隙加大,使得流道中液體流態(tài)的穩(wěn)定性受破壞,導致泵產(chǎn)生振動,該種型式葉輪不易于輸送含大顆粒和長纖維的介質,從性能上講,該型式葉輪效率低,高效率約相當于普通閉式葉輪的92%左右,揚程曲線比較平坦。
2、旋流式葉輪:采用該型式葉輪的泵,由于葉輪部分或全部縮離壓水室流道。所以無堵塞性能好,過顆粒大小能力和長纖維的通過能力較強。顆粒在壓水室內(nèi)流動靠葉輪旋轉產(chǎn)生的渦流的推動下運動,懸浮性顆粒本身不產(chǎn)生能量,只是在流道內(nèi)和液體交換能量。在流動過程中,懸浮性顆粒或長纖維不與葉片接觸,葉片多磨損的情況較輕,不存在間隙因磨蝕而加大的情況,在長期運行中不會造成效率嚴重下降的問題,采用該型式葉輪的泵適合于抽送含有大顆粒和長纖維的介質。 從性能上講,該葉輪效率較低,僅相當于普通閉式葉輪的70%左右,揚程曲線比較平坦。
3、閉式葉輪:該型式的葉輪正常效率較高。且在長期運行中情況比較穩(wěn)定,采用該型式葉輪的泵軸向力較小,且可以在前后蓋板上設置副葉片。前蓋板上的副葉片可以減少葉輪進口的旋渦損失和顆粒對密封環(huán)的磨損。后蓋板上的副葉片不僅起平衡軸向力的作用,而且可以防止懸浮性顆粒進入機械密封腔對機械密封起保護作用。但該型式葉輪的無堵性差,易于纏繞,不宜于抽送含大顆粒(長纖維)等末經(jīng)處理的污水介質。
4、流道式葉輪:該種葉輪屬于無葉片的葉輪,葉輪流道是一個從進口到出口的一個彎曲的流道。所以適宜于抽送含有大顆粒和長纖維的介質??苟滦院谩男阅苌现v,該型式葉輪效率高和普通閉式葉輪相差不大,但用該型式葉輪泵揚程曲線較為陡降。功率曲線比較平穩(wěn),不易產(chǎn)生超功率的問題,但該型葉輪的汽蝕性能不如普通閉式葉輪,尤其適宜用在有壓進口的泵上。
5、螺旋離心式葉輪:該型葉輪的葉片為扭曲的螺旋葉片,在錐形輪轂體上從吸入口沿軸向延伸。該型葉輪的泵兼具有容積泵和離心泵的作用,懸浮性顆粒在葉片中流過時,不撞擊泵內(nèi)任何部位,故無損性好。對輸送物的破壞性小。由于螺旋的推進作用,懸浮顆粒的通過性強,所以采用該型式葉輪的泵適宜于抽送含有大顆粒和長纖維的介質,以及高濃度的介質。在對輸送介質的破壞有嚴格要求的場合下具有明顯的特點。

Suspended particles themselves do not generate energy, but only exchange energy with liquid in the flow passage. 3. Closed impeller: this type of impeller has higher normal efficiency. And in the long-term operation of the situation is relatively stable, the use of this type of impeller pump axial force is small, and can be set on the front and rear cover plate blade. The secondary blade on the front cover plate can reduce the vortex loss of the impeller inlet and the wear of the sealing ring by particles. The secondary blades on the back cover not only balance the axial force, but also prevent suspended particles from entering the mechanical seal chamber to protect the mechanical seal. However, this type of impeller has poor clogging and easy winding, which is not suitable for pumping medium containing large particles (long fibers) and other untreated sewage.
4. Runner type impeller: this kind of impeller belongs to bladeless impeller, and the impeller runner is a curved runner from the inlet to the outlet. Therefore, it is suitable for pumping medium containing large particles and long fibers. Good blocking resistance. In terms of performance, the efficiency of this type of impeller is not much different from that of ordinary closed impeller, but the head curve of pump with this type of impeller drops sharply. The power curve is smooth, not easy to produce the problem of excessive power, but the cavitation erosion performance of the impeller is not as common as the closed impeller, especially suitable for the pressure inlet pump.
5. Spiral centrifugal impeller: the blades of this type of impeller are twisted spiral blades that extend along the axis from the suction inlet on the conical hub body. The pump of this type impeller has the function of positive displacement pump and centrifugal pump, suspended particles flow in the blade, do not hit any part of the pump, so good non-destructive. Less damage to transport. Due to the helical propulsion, suspended particles through the strong, so the use of this type of impeller pump is suitable for pumping medium containing large particles and long fiber, and high concentration of the medium. It has obvious characteristics when there are strict requirements for the destruction of conveying medium.
