WZ□□系列工業(yè)熱電阻安裝使用說明書

 

  • 概述

WZ□系列工業(yè)熱電阻是我廠生產(chǎn)的溫度傳感器中的一個(gè)系列,它測溫的精度較熱電偶高,與顯示儀表配套,以直接測量生產(chǎn)過程中-200℃— +600℃范圍內(nèi)的液體、氣體介質(zhì)以及固體表面等的溫度。它廣泛用于石油、化工、機(jī)械、冶金、電力、輕紡、食品、原子能、宇航等工業(yè)部門和科技領(lǐng)域。

  • 工作原理

熱電阻的作用是利用物質(zhì)在溫度變化時(shí)本身電阻也隨著發(fā)生變化的特性來測量溫度。

  • 選擇

1.根據(jù)測量的范圍和對象,選擇適當(dāng)?shù)墓I(yè)熱電阻型號以及保護(hù)管材料,熱電阻的“zui高使用”壓力不可超過在該工作溫度下保護(hù)管所能承受的壓力。

 2.選用工業(yè)熱電阻的分度號必須與顯示儀表的分度號一致。

 3.除雙支式的工業(yè)熱電阻外,在不使用切換開關(guān)的情況下,每支工業(yè)熱電阻不可同時(shí)和兩支顯示儀表連接使用。

注:1)| t | 為被測溫度的值。

2)分度號為Pt10、Pt100的工業(yè)鉑電阻符合ZBY301-85《工業(yè)鉑熱電阻技術(shù)條件及分度表》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

3)分度號為Cu50、Cu100工業(yè)銅電阻符合ZBNI1010-88《工業(yè)銅電阻技術(shù)條件及分度表》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

2.WZ□系列工業(yè)熱電阻的常溫絕緣電阻

 1).工業(yè)鉑熱電阻的常溫絕緣電阻值應(yīng)不小于100MΩ。

 2).工業(yè)銅熱電阻的常溫絕緣電阻應(yīng)不小于50MΩ。

常溫絕緣電阻的試驗(yàn)電壓為10~100±10VDC(環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在15~35℃范圍內(nèi),相對濕度不大于80%)。

4.WZ□系列工業(yè)熱電阻的長度規(guī)格(單位:mm)

  1).φ12保護(hù)管規(guī)格(總長L)有:225,250,300,350,400,450,550,650,900,1150。

  2).φ16保護(hù)管規(guī)格(總長L)有:300,350,400,450,500,650,900,1150,1650,2150。

  3).錐形保護(hù)管(總長L)有:225,250,300,350,400。

  注:WZ□系列工業(yè)熱電阻的插入長度1=L-150mm。

  • 安裝

1.工業(yè)熱電阻的安裝地點(diǎn),應(yīng)避免安裝在爐門旁邊和避免與加熱物體距離過近之處。

 2.工業(yè)熱電阻的接線盒不可碰到被測介質(zhì)的容器壁,接線盒的溫度不宜超過100℃,并盡可能地保持穩(wěn)定不變。

 3.工業(yè)熱電阻的插入深度,浸入被測介質(zhì)中的長度應(yīng)不小于保護(hù)管外徑的10倍。

  • 使用注意事項(xiàng)

1.連接導(dǎo)線應(yīng)采用絕緣(是屏蔽)銅線,截面積視工業(yè)熱電阻與顯示儀表間的距離而定,但一般不得小于1.5mm2。導(dǎo)線的電阻值應(yīng)按顯示儀表技術(shù)條件規(guī)定的數(shù)據(jù)配準(zhǔn)(一般為5~15Ω),導(dǎo)線的電阻值可用惠斯頓電橋來調(diào)整。

   2.增加被測介質(zhì)的循環(huán),使工業(yè)熱電阻與被測介質(zhì)間的對流傳熱增加。

   3.當(dāng)工業(yè)熱電阻用來測量變化的溫場時(shí),常有動(dòng)態(tài)誤差的存在,請注意選用具有適當(dāng)熱響應(yīng)時(shí)間的工業(yè)熱電阻,因?yàn)闊犴憫?yīng)時(shí)間的大小是決定動(dòng)態(tài)誤差大小的主要因素,并與之成正比,它對溫度的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)和控制起著相當(dāng)重要的作用。

   4.根據(jù)用戶需要,我廠可為用戶提供各種要求特殊性能規(guī)格和尺寸的工業(yè)熱電阻??蓙砣藖砗约夹g(shù)協(xié)議的形式供貨。

  •  運(yùn)輸與保存

工業(yè)熱電阻在安裝使用前,應(yīng)保存在不受震動(dòng)和碰撞的地方。zui合適的存放場所條件為:

環(huán)境溫度為-20~+40℃。相對濕度不大于80%的通風(fēng)室內(nèi)。且不含有對工業(yè)熱電阻起腐蝕作用的有害雜質(zhì)。

(1)熱電阻短路(2)與現(xiàn)實(shí)表接線接錯(cuò)

(1)用萬用表確定短路部位,并消除之,如系感溫元件短路,應(yīng)進(jìn)行修復(fù)或更換。

(2)重新連接導(dǎo)線。
