• 用途

雙金屬溫度計是一種適合測量中、低溫的現(xiàn)場檢測工業(yè)儀表?？捎脕碇苯訙y量氣體、液體和蒸汽的溫度。帶電接點雙金屬溫度計，并能在工作溫度超過給定值時，自動發(fā)出控制信號切斷電源或報警。

     雙金屬溫度計具有無汞害、易讀數(shù)、堅固和耐振等優(yōu)點，可代替工業(yè)玻璃水銀溫度計廣泛適用于工業(yè)和科研部門。

     雙金屬溫度計分為普通型、戶外型、防腐型三種。普通型外殼用鐵皮電鍍，保護管用不銹鋼，適用于室內(nèi)一般場合使用。戶外型外殼用鋁金制造，保護管，連接柱均采用不銹鋼，密封性較好，適用于室內(nèi)外，一般耐腐蝕場所。防腐型外殼采用全不銹鋼，保護管、連接柱可用鉬二鈦材料，連接部分均采用密封膠，可適用于多數(shù)腐蝕介質(zhì)、氣體的測量。

• 結(jié)構(gòu)原理

雙金屬溫度計感溫元件采用多圈直螺旋形雙金屬片。一端固定，另一端（自由端）連接在芯軸上，軸向型溫度計指針直接裝在芯軸上。徑向型結(jié)構(gòu)指示針通過轉(zhuǎn)角彈簧與芯軸連接。當(dāng)溫度變化時，感溫元件自由端旋轉(zhuǎn)，經(jīng)芯軸傳動指針在刻度盤上指示被測介質(zhì)溫度的變化值。

電接點溫度計，指針上裝有動接點，固定接點裝在設(shè)業(yè)指針上指針觸頭隨溫度變化旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)溫度達到或超過設(shè)定值時，接點閉合發(fā)出信號，以達自動控制和報警的目的。

• 使用和維護

1. 雙金屬溫度計保護管浸入被測介質(zhì)中的長度必須大于感溫元件的長度，一般浸入長度大于100mm，0-50℃量程的浸入長度大于150mm，以保證測量的準(zhǔn)確性。
2. 雙金屬溫度計在保管、使用安裝及運輸中，應(yīng)避免碰撞保護管，切勿使保護管彎曲變形及將表殼當(dāng)扳手使用。
3. 各類雙金屬溫度計不宜用于測量敞開容器內(nèi)介質(zhì)溫度，帶接點溫度計，不宜在工作振動較大場合的控制回路中使用。
4. 溫度計在正常的情況下，應(yīng)予定期檢驗。一般以每隔6個月檢驗一次為宜。
5. 電接點溫度計不允許在強烈震動下工作，以免影響接點可靠性。
6. WSS萬向型溫度計的波紋管只有0.1mm厚，所以轉(zhuǎn)向時必須旋松M4螺母、螺絲。并小心轉(zhuǎn)向，切勿用力。安裝時必須用兩把扳手，以免損壞。
7. 本產(chǎn)品實行三包。
