保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 P is a 412 amino acid nuclear protein that is involved in proteosome biogenesis and is required for the final step in 18S rRNA maturation. P contains a PIN domain, which functions as a nuclease in nonsense-mediated mRNA decay and is required for pre-rRNA cleavage. P interacts with Rent2, which is involved in nonsense-mediated decay of mRNAs containing premature stop codons. Expressed in placenta, spleen, endothelial cells, liver and lung, P is essential for the synthesis of 40S ribosome subunits. Supression of the gene encoding P inhibits the processing of the 20S pre-rRNA to the mature 18S rRNA, therefore leading to accumulation of high levels of 20S pre-rRNA with degradation intermediates.
Function : May play a role in mRNA degradation.
