性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：深紅色結(jié)晶性粉末。易溶于水。在中性和酸性溶液中呈紅色，在堿性溶液中呈紫色，在弱酸溶液中與一系列元素反應(yīng)都由紅色變?yōu)樽仙瑑H與六價鈾反應(yīng)呈淺藍(lán)色。與鈾(Ⅵ)生成絡(luò)合物的Z大吸收波長 605nm。摩爾吸光系數(shù)為2.31×105，溶液的吸光度在pH為5.2～8.0范圍內(nèi)可保持不變。

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
