保存條件Storage: Store at –20 oC for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20oC. When reconstituted in sterile distilled water or diluent supplied, theantibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Immunoglobulin G (IgG), is one of the most abundant proteins in serum with normal levels between 8-17 mg/mL in adult blood. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions; to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 1011 variants.

ELISA可用于測定抗原，也可用于測定抗體。在這種測定方法中有3種必要的試劑：①固相的抗原或抗體，②酶標記的抗原或抗體，③酶作用的底物。根據(jù)試劑的來源和標本的性狀以及檢測的具備條件，可設計出各種不同類型的檢測方法。
（一）雙抗體夾心法
雙抗體夾心法是檢測抗原zui常用的方法，
操作步驟如下：
（1）將特異性抗體與固相載體連接，形成固相抗體：洗滌除去未結合的抗體及雜質(zhì)。
（2）加受檢標本：使之與固相抗體接觸反應一段時間，讓標本中的抗原與固相載體上的抗體結合，形成固相抗原復合物。洗滌除去其他未結合的物質(zhì)。
（3）加酶標抗體：使固相免疫復合物上的抗原與酶標抗體結合。*洗滌未結合的酶標抗體。此時固相載體上帶有的酶量與標本中受檢物質(zhì)的量正相關。
（4）加底物：夾心式復合物中的酶催化底物成為有色產(chǎn)物。根據(jù)顏色反應的程度進行該抗原的定性或定量。
根據(jù)同樣原理，將大分子抗原分別制備固相抗原和酶標抗原結合物，即可用雙抗原夾心法測定標本中的抗體。
注意事項：
1. 如果本抗體用于Western blot (WB)、免疫熒光(IF)、免疫細胞化學(ICC)等實驗，請注意回收使用過的稀釋抗體?；厥盏目贵w通常至少可以重復使用5-10次。稀釋后的抗體，包括已經(jīng)使用過的稀釋抗體，請4℃保存。
2. 回收后重復使用的抗體，使用方法同新鮮稀釋的抗體。如果在重復使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)抗體出現(xiàn)輕微混濁現(xiàn)象，可以10,000g離心1-3分鐘，取上清用于后續(xù)檢測。如果回收的抗體出現(xiàn)明顯的絮狀物或長霉長菌等情況，則可以考慮廢棄該抗體。
3. 提供的Western一抗稀釋液也可以用于免疫熒光(IF)、免疫組化(IHC)、免疫細胞化學(ICC)等適當用途。如果希望獲得zui*的檢測效果，請考慮使用上述檢測的一抗稀釋液。
