瑞典Friborg針焰測(cè)試儀

The needle flame test is carried out on plastic materials to
verify their fire resistance. A gas burner produces a small
flame that is applied to the test sample to see if it ignites.
The model 6500 is an automatic version of the 4500 needle
flame tester.
Technical specifications
• Stainless steel needle burner with inside Ø 0.5 mm
• Automatic device for movement of needle
• Smoke/fume exhaust Ø 100 mm incorporated in chamber (with
exhaust ducting)
• Black painted cabinet 0,5 m3
 with window
• Gas flow regulating valve for flame height, manual adjustment
• Gas pressure regulator
• Needle burner tilt to 45° from the vertical, manual adjustment
• Preset time of testing; 5s, 10s, 20s, 30s, 60s, 120s
• Lighting inside the cabinet and fan control
• Display for time and flame temperature
• Calibration device with thermocouple and copper block
• Wooden board and tissue paper included
