四、鋁合金電纜的優(yōu)異特性
抗蠕變性能-鋁合金導(dǎo)體的合金材料與退火處理工藝減少了導(dǎo)體在受熱和壓力下的“蠕變"傾向，相對于純鋁，抗蠕變性能提高300%，避免了由于冷流或塘變引起的松弛問題。
熱膨脹系數(shù)-鋁合金的熱膨脹系數(shù)與銅相當(dāng)，基本上與連接器的膨脹和收縮一致。連接性能-用鋁合金制造的電氣連接與銅導(dǎo)體制造的連接一樣安全穩(wěn)定，鋁合金的成分大大改進(jìn)了其連接性能，當(dāng)導(dǎo)體退火時(shí)，添加的鐵產(chǎn)生高強(qiáng)度抗蠕變性能，即使在長時(shí)間過載和過熱時(shí)，也能保證連接穩(wěn)定。
自重承載力強(qiáng)-鋁合金改善了純鋁的抗拉強(qiáng)度，鋁合金電纜可支撐4000米長度的自重，銅電纜只能支撐2750米防腐蝕性能-鋁合金在空氣中很快形成一層厚度約為
2x10-4mm%的緊密氧化膜，防止內(nèi)部的金屬被進(jìn)一步腐蝕，而銅則不能形成氧化膜，特別是連接點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生的電化學(xué)腐蝕，鋁合金的抗腐蝕性能優(yōu)于銅。
柔韌性-鋁合金的合金配方、加工工藝，使柔韌性大幅提高。鋁合金比銅柔韌性高30%。
彎曲性能-純鋁電纜彎曲性能很差，彎曲很容易發(fā)生斷裂、折斷，鋁合金反彈性比銅低40%，在安裝過程中更容易彎折，有效的減少安裝成本，降低事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
鎧裝特性-鋁合金鎧裝電纜彎曲性能好，最小彎曲半徑優(yōu)于銅;機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，具有抗張性能、抗壓性能和抗沖擊性能:防蟲蟻、老鼠咬:重量輕，更易安裝。

七、電纜的使用條件Theuse condition ofthe cable
1,電纜額定電壓等級U/U(Um)標(biāo)示如下: 0.6/1(1.2)、1.8/3(3.6)、6/6(7.2)、6/10(12)、8.7/10(12)、8.7/15/(17.5)、12/20(24).
18/30(36)、21/35(40.5)、26/35(40.5))kV。
2.交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電纜導(dǎo)體的**額定工作溫度為90，短路時(shí)[最長持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過5s)，申纜導(dǎo)體的**溫度不超過250°
3.電纜允許敷設(shè)與安裝溫度不低于0C，電纜埋地敷設(shè)時(shí)，電纜軸心與地面距離為700mm為宜。
4.電纜彎曲半徑:無鎧裝電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的15倍，有鎧裝電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的20倍.
