一、適用范圍
本產(chǎn)品適用于額定電壓0.6/1kV及以下的高溫范圍和惡劣環(huán)境內(nèi)，作電氣設(shè)備電能傳輸線。
Scope ofapplication
It is used as power transmission cable for electric equipmentsof rated voltage 0.6/1kV or lower in bad environment or thatwith high temperature.

三、使用特性
1、額定電壓Uo/U: 0.6/1kV。
2、電纜允許**工作溫度: 氟塑料絕緣及護(hù)套為200C氟塑料絕緣耐熱105聚氯乙烯護(hù)套為105C:氟塑料絕緣硅橡膠護(hù)套
為180C。
3、短路時(shí)(最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)間不超過(guò)5S)電纜導(dǎo)體的**溫度不超過(guò)250C。
4、電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于-15C5、電纜的彎曲半徑如下:單芯電纜: 其彎曲半徑不小于 電纜外徑的20D。
三芯電纜:其彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑的15D6、氟塑料絕緣及護(hù)套型電力電纜具有優(yōu)異的耐化學(xué)腐蝕性、耐高溫及阻燃性。
Performance in Usage
1: Rated voltage Uo/U: 0.6/1kV
2: Max.working temperature allowed by cable is 200C forcable with fluoroplastic insulation and sheath,105C for cablewith fluoroplastic insulation, 105C heat resistanc and PVCsheath, and 180C for cable with fluo- roplastic insulation andsilicon rubber sheath.
3: Max temperature of cable conductor is no more than 250Cduring short circuit (The longest lasting time is no more than 5s).
4: Temperature for installation is no less than -15C.5: Bending radius of cable as followsIt is no less than 20 times that of cable outer diam- eter forcable with single core It is no less than 15 times that of cableouter diameter for cable with 3 cores6: Power cable with fluoroplastic insulation and sheath hasgood features of chemical corrosion resis- tance hightemperature resistance and flame retardance.

1、電纜的型號(hào)名稱如表1 Type and Description in Table 1

注:型號(hào)中“22"表示鋼帶鎧裝，如需鋼絲鎧裝結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)將型號(hào)中的“22"改為“32"即可。
Note: 22 means steel tape armor “22" should be changed into “32" for cable with steel wire armor (if needed).
五、電纜規(guī)格
電纜規(guī)格表示為芯數(shù)X導(dǎo)體標(biāo)稱截面mm’,其芯數(shù)及導(dǎo)體標(biāo)稱截面如表2

六、技術(shù)參數(shù)
1、20C導(dǎo)體直流電阻應(yīng)符合GB/T3956標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定
2、電纜應(yīng)經(jīng)受3500V交流耐壓試驗(yàn)5min絕緣不擊穿
