關(guān)于滑觸線每年的檢查工作：

1、檢查集電器電刷繃簧壓力應(yīng)正常，一般1.8-2.3N/Cm2。

2、經(jīng)過一年的運用滑觸線的導(dǎo)管內(nèi)一般積塵都會許多，可用壓縮空氣吹氣，或用潔凈回絲擦拭。

3、檢查導(dǎo)管有否明顯變形、彎曲，選用調(diào)整懸掛螺栓方位方法進行校直。如有彎曲，變形等表象可檢驗校直，如無法校直應(yīng)立馬更換，阻止在此運用。

5、檢查滾輪磨損情況。滾輪可保證電刷在導(dǎo)管中上下左右方位，滾輪磨損過多，將使電刷被擦傷或發(fā)生斷電表象，電刷屬易耗物品，需要經(jīng)常檢查，及時更換。
