計量發(fā)展水平是國家核心競爭力的重要標志之- -。改革開放以來，基礎性、前沿性和共性計量科研成果大量涌
現(xiàn)，具有中國特色的計量發(fā)展與管理制度逐步形成。在新-代中央領導集體提出了實施《中國制造2025》，力爭通
過“三步走”實現(xiàn)制造強國的戰(zhàn)略目標。為確保完成目標任務，上海計量博覽會的組織單位希望通過展覽和論壇相結
合的形式，進一步擴大計量對實現(xiàn)制造強國的戰(zhàn)略目標、國家科技、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響力和作用，推進國內外計量
測試技術交流，促進供需雙方的信息溝通與交流，繁榮計量測試技術和產(chǎn)品市場。博覽會將依托強大的中國消費市場
需求，通過產(chǎn)品展示、技術交流和貿易洽談等形式緊密結合在中國上海打造計量測試行業(yè)盛會。

Measurement development level is one of the important signs of national core competitiveness. Since the reform and
opening up, a large number of basic, cutting-edge and common measurement research results have emerged, and the
measurement development and management system with Chinese characteristics has gradually formed. In the new
generation of central collective leadership proposed the implementation of "made in China 2025", striving to achieve
the strategic goal of manufacturing power through "three steps". In order to ensure the completion of the objectives
and tasks, the organizer of Shanghai metrology Expo hopes to further expand the influence and leading role of

“2021第3屆中國(. 上海)計量測試技術與設備博覽會”定于2021年05月18日-20日在上海世博展覽館浦東繼
續(xù)召開。屆時,有來自世界各地、省級重點研究院所、 實驗室以及大中企業(yè)實驗室和研究所的管理和技術
人員，另外重點邀請國內外的能源公共事業(yè)單位、水司及水務集團、燃集團、國家電網(wǎng)、石油、化工、鋼鐵、環(huán)境、
水利、醫(yī)療、物流、 工業(yè)測量等終端計量用戶親臨現(xiàn)場觀摩, 5-20世界計量日之時齊聚上海共商中國計量發(fā)展大計。
